So today I visited the Blackstone Food Lion, much better than the Victoria one in my opinion. The shelves were well stocked, produce looked very good, bread aisle was full, but no whole milk in the small container so I took 2% instead.All in all I would shop here instead of the Victoria store but it is a half hour drive as opposed to 7 minutes! So I have to suck up the lesser store most of the time.

I order my groceries online and pick up at Food Lion. The associates are good shoppers and they have the ability to pick fresh produce. It saves me a lot of time.

Store is disheveled and disorganized. Only stopped because it was on my way home. Obviously they are trying to keep up with the walmart in blackstone which is worse.

I love the people there, but what’s up with the defective products? I own my own business and sell beverages that I get from you guys. Here recently, I have been noticing a lot of deformed cans from the 12packs sold there. I bought these just a few days ago and do not keep them in extreme temperatures. How am I suppose to sell 12 drinks when 7 of them are damaged?

The short woman that I'm guessing is front end manager is so disrespectful. Definitely worth driving to Victoria or amelia just to not have to deal with her.

I like the prices and with an mvp card there's even more discounts and bargains. The produce is fresh and the deli food is always good and made that day. The staff is AMAZING!! They are ALWAYS friendly and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. It gives one the feeling of a family store in a small town. They will treat you like close friends and family every time you go in. I ONLY SHOP HERE for my groceries.

The produce is the best in the town, they also cater to alternative diets such as vegetarian and vegan which is a plus.

I went to the deli. I was the only customer at the time. I waited for quite a while before I was waited on.Two of the deli clerks were on their phones taking personal calls and I continued to wait. The other deli clerk that was on bakery side ignored me as well.I thought regardless of what you are doing at the time, customer service is always first.

Newly renovated clean grocery store, managers and employees are very helpful. I like their selection of meats and produce as well other food choices. Their bakery has really well priced and great tasting cakes. Highly recommend them for birthday cakes.

Beautiful, Food Lion has such great deals. Always!! I am a vegetarian & I used to always shop at Wal-Mart but now all the foods I eat, ALL come from Food Lion. Products that I was unaware of taste delicioso' & are strictly vegetarian. Foods that are NOT GMO & some are but I have the choice to eat non-GMO. 5 stars for Food Lion.

God forbid you go in there a few times a day for things, you will get harassed by the lady who works in customer service. She needs another course in customer service. I have never felt so disrespected in a store of any kind before, in my life! Makes your whole shopping experience very uneasy. I will stop shopping here. My 6 year old daughter doesn't even want to come in the store anymore because of this lady. Beware !

I prefer foodlion over Walmart for groceries...this foodlion is clean and friendly staff, the layout is a little different from other foodlions, but still has all the same good deals and selection

Great place to shop, store is always clean and the staff are always pleasant and asking if you need help and wiling to find something for you if you can't find it, although a little higher prices than Wal Mart, customer service is great.

Foolion store is my bestie store. The customer really comes first. They actually care if you were pleased shopping there. I love the fresh meats& vegetables. Blackstone Va. Food lion is awesome. Thanks Food lion👏👏

Friendly staff and clean store. However, they are often out of things or do not carry certain things and never have enough registers open. They are also sneaky about discounts. For example, pepsi is 3 for $5 with MVP BUT the discount is only used once. If you buy 6 of them 3 of the 6 are at regular price. After dealing with this for awhile I switched to shopping at Walmart in the next parking lot.

I had a question about the different sale prices on the items in the store and the deli clerk went and found the manager. He explained the kiosk and how it worked in detail so I could get the extra savings. Thank you all!!!

I asked a store helper named Travis R, for assistants and he was so knowledgable about where things were, and also had helpful ideas about how to cook and prepare the food. I just finished cooking and it was delicious!!! Thanks Travis- I will look for you every time I come in the store from now on. 5 starts to Travis
