Don’t tell me I haven’t reviewed this place yet? I love it here! My husband knows better than to bring me here! I could spend all day watching the plants in the greenhouse. They’ve got awesome local grown fruits, veggies, honey, salsa and spices. There’s even a cute deli. Super sweet and helpful staff tooAnyone ever try these super cool soils?

I absolutely love this garden center, But it's so much more than a garden center. every time I go I get some kind of food and some kind of a plant and I get to pet a cat. So I went in the greenhouse and I got a jelly bean succulent this time. And every time I get a plant or a succulent from them, they do phenomenally well..All of the people are so super nice and they're all really, really helpful. It's like going to your neighbor for plant advice or a pie and also a side of beef. LO. L

I love this place, plants of all kinds well cared for, I want to highlight the service of the person who works here a gentleman I do not remember his name but he is always taking care of the plants, kindly helped me find what I needed gave me recommendations and was very kind. They also have organic vegetables, and much more, very recommended.

Clay's Garden Center is a wonderful slice of all that is good to offer here in Blackstone. Yes, they sell plants and garden supplies. I love walking through their green houses! They also sell locally raised meats, fresh local fruits and veg and tons of locally homemade canned items, pies, breads, eggs, etc. The store is filled with wonderful gift shop items like yard flags and bird houses. Their newest addition is a little cafe in the back of the store where you can get yummy homemade lunch items. Small town charm everywhere you look. Clay's rocks! Check it out!

Nice place to get some fruit and local hams. They sell premade soups and potato salad also. The folks at the counter were helpful and answered all of my questions about the pork jowl. I ended up buying some of that also to use in soups and as an alternative to bacon.

Good selection of garden seeds and plants, also has a good lunch bar, selection of local produce, meats, and dairy. Specializes in Virginia Craft Beer and wine as well. Great for nuts for the holidays. Usually the cheapest on propane in the area. Has animal feed and dog food also.

Love this well-run family owned business! Plant selection is awesome at super affordable prices. Everything I’ve purchased this season did amazingly well. Their firewood is locally sourced and burns slow. Well worth the money. I could go on and on about this shop but check it out for yourself if you’re new in town or visiting. A true gem.

Loved it! Good old fashioned garden center with many plant and seed options (even in bulk) as well as some fresh produce, candy by the pound, honey and much more I didn't see. Good prices and extremely helpful personnel!

Do not judge this place from the looks of the outside. I love comming here it is amazing. They have homestead ice cream and milk...this stuff is amazing. Also a great wine and craft beer selection. This place is a must stop.

Fun place to shop for food and local items. They have good selection of garden plants and supplies as well. When you walk in it is almost like you have been transported to a local general store from the mid 1900s. Bring the kids so that they can help pick out some candy too.
