I simply told Justin what I needed (which I thought I was unlikely to accomplish) and he worked out the perfect plan like he was working it out for himself. Both Justin and Lance stayed late to make sure that they did everything they could do to help me and my family. Lance was very tenacious at working through technical difficulties that most would just give up on. They are both sweet and patient. I've never had such excellent service from Verizon, and I've been with them for 20 years!

Very very unprofessional authorized store, really feels like a spam to me1. They introduced the Verizon trade-in promotion to me, but at the end I found some question about my bill and found out that they NEVER APPLIED THE TRADEIN PROMOTION. Verizon customer service said the authorized store counted out tradein devices based on market value instead of the tradein promotion.2. They never ask me whether I’d like to add the mobile insurance on my plan, they just added that to my plan. You have to make sure what you are signing on every signature they ask for.3. I ordered a 256G device there and they gave me a 512G device instead and charge me much more, and they said they couldn’t offer an exchange until I argued about it very hardly.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY WILL GIVE YOU PLENTY OF SURPRISE IN YOUR BILL.

We have been with Verizon for many years, but we have never worked with a representative as fantastic as Michelle.Michelle is kind, competent, professional, and incredibly helpful in every way. And, she's a joy to talk to.She goes above and beyond to help her customers. She aided us in getting our phones back up and working, and she helped us access discounts that we were eligible for years ago but were never told about.If only everyone could make experiences as wonderful as she does . . . she is amazing. The BEST thing about this store.If you want to leave with your problems fixed and a smile on your face, ask for Michelle! :) 5/5

We supposed to get a trade in credit toward new device, when my son dropped off the device at the store instead promised $800 we got $135 and now every time I call the store now one answers there. We live 9h away and have no way to get in touch with them

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from the maybe the mgr of the store. Wasn’t just myself but every customer in the store. 4 customers walked out the 45min I was there. Ro did all he could to help and was very polite.

My husband and I visited this store to pick up the phone. It took 45 minutes for the employee, Emily A, to answer us. We understand that she was busy with the previous American customer, but she clearly ignored us and responded to another American customer who arrived after us. Train your employees to not be racist.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. My daughter purchased a new phone and it worked fine when she left the store. About 15 minutes later it stopped working. We found out the person in line behind her also purchased a new phone and the staff gave him her phone number and made changes to our account. It took an entire day to get her phone straight and the poor man who was given her phone number never did get his resolved. He had to return the phone and go to a "real" Verizon store to purchase a phone. In addition to staff having no idea how to do their job, they were extremely rude when I called them. Wish I had read other reviews before sending my daughter here.

Beware, we ordered a phone for curbside pick-up went through steps nobody ever came out. After 40 min my son went in. Picked up phone, salesperson asked about screen protector. He said he wanted one was waiting for price. She opened one and stuck it on phone, before he really knew what was going on. He was then charged…..$68 for a screen protector. $68 I am In this industry and that is a crazy price he’s young and was taken advantage of. I will take it up with Verizon Corporate.

I stopped by the store today to buy a new car charger for my iPhone. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who helped me find what I was looking for. He then proceeded to tell me about some options for me to consider as a small business owner, that could possibly save me some money on my bill and provide me with some additional perks. The gentleman who assisted me with the purchase of the charger was very personable and helpful, as well.

I had a very good experience here.Matt has great customer service skills, and was helpful to the two people in front of me, and myself. I needed to upgrade my phone becauae my current one only charges wirelessly and has slowed down. He helped me find and use promos to get a better deal on the new phone I had chosen, and was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. Despite probably working on commission, his focus was customer satisfaction over upselling unnecessary items and accessories, which I found to be amazing and refreshing. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was only one employee working and it took probably 30ish-45ish minutes before he was able to help, due to the complexity of the issues the two people before me had.

Worst Verizon location I’ve ever been to. Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They lost my trade in by shipping it to the wrong warehouse and instead of taking the blame and apologizing, they charged ME for the remainder I owed on the device (upwards of $600!). It’s been FOUR MONTHS and they haven’t reached out ONCE to update me on this, I’ve had to call constantly just to hear the same nonsense that they have no control over the situation and have no way to issue me a refund even though they were the ones who screwed up. I’ve been incredibly patient with the staff who have been absolutely no help, and now they won’t even speak to us. We’ve even tried emailing the parent company (Victra) who has been completely silent and hasn’t responded to any email we’ve sent. We will be taking them to court. Absolutely atrocious store and I will NEVER shop here again.

5 Stars. Love the staff. Danielle is the best and runs a great store. Just switched our personal phones and pads to Verizon through her and loved it so much switched entire company over. 30k worth of equipment and every one of my employees are super happy. Highly recommend this store and Danielle and her staff. No dissatisfaction here. Also the Samsung rep for this store is the bomb. Keep it up we will be back..

Went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. Sunshine was the only associate in the store and already had her hands full when I showed up with a dead phone, desperate for a new one before work the next morning. Not only did she successfully juggle three customers at the same time, she stayed an hour past closing to help me get my new phone set up. She had to use a lot of creative problem solving since my old phone was severely malfunctioning.

Drove almost an hour and half all the way up from Hillsville and had the amazing chance of working with Sunshine, who got me setup with my brand new pixel 6 pro, and even put on a liquid screen protector for me.Most definitely if you get the chance to work with sunshine you most definitely won't be disappointed.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Salesperson was very nice and very patient, but it took over an hour to walk out of the store with my new phone. Unfortunately, Verizon's convoluted pricing rules preclude any effort its retailers make at excellent customer service from fully succeeding. Also, I was forced to finance $50 of the cost of my phone instead of being able to buy it outright, adding to the (already significant) confusion around what exactly I was paying for, and when and how I was paying for it.

I will never come to this store again! They are all liars!I was also treated with dishonesty and disrespect which make me angry till today. I want a new plan and one of the agent there recommend me a plan and told me that I can get a totally free laptop with that plan, and I refuse her. She then just pretend to help me get a discount through the phone, and said that I can get it free. I asked her if it had an extra contract, she said no. But later I found that I have to pay for a extra line and warranty for at least 6 months! I went to the store and a man with a full lie received me, and he tried to show how much energy the customer had used to help me get this offer. When I said that I wanted to return this thing, he said that I had signed the contract. Obviously, they lied to me again because they didn’t show me any contracts until I realize that the signature of the payment was actually an electronic contract. Don't go to the store, you can do all the work on the website!
