We absolutely LOVE shopping here! The people who work here are so super nice! Love Love Love them! The store is not super big but they pack a lot of items into the space that they have and they also have another location about a mile and a half up the road that has mostly the same stuff but is a bigger location. They also have a great selection of items to choose from. And they are pet friendly! Yep that's right folks, they let us bring all three of our chocolate labs inside with us to shop every time we come. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place which has been there for a pretty long time, not sure how long but definitely more than 30 years which is how long ago I went to school at VT and shopped there as a student. Now I shop there as an alumni with my alumni husband and alumni daughters. I only hope I'll one day get to shop there with my an alumni grandchild. Now wouldn't that be awesome?!?

Do not order from them online or over the phone. They will say anything they think you want to hear just to sell over-priced, inferior stuff. My order arrived and the hats were DEFINITELY not the same quality as I had ordered in the past, but was told they would be when I specifically asked.When I called them to return the items, the girl who answered the phone was the same person who took my order. She remembered me. She told me that she didn't really keep up with the quality and it was hard to describe over the phone. She told me that she didn't know about hats along with a bunch of other excuses and I would be better off coming in to the store. I replied that it would have been nice if she would have simply told me that in the first place instead of lying to me. She brushed it off and could care less.I now have to pay shipping twice for thin, cheaply made hats I can't use because of their lies.

They have the nicest VT clothing in town, and the best variety. While the bookstore was out of 2022 ACC basketball champion gear, they had tshirts, sweatshirts, and hats. They carry all apparel (including embroidered items), socks, Christmas ornaments, accessories - you name it. I always drop in when doing a visit to Tech, and after checking everywhere else in town, come back here to buy stuff. They also ship (have used that plenty of times, too!). Nice location in downtown, next to everything!

Great place to grab your Hokie gear, especially if you're looking for t-shirts or hats. They also have a large selection of decals and stickers, as well as personalized mugs and other gift items. The staff are friendly also.

These guys are great. They completed a jersey pressing job for our school in a very timely and professional manner. Great communication, easy to work with, and very friendly through the whole process!

Its a one stop shop for VT stuff. Whenever I go there. I ended up buying more things related to VT. Bit overpriced but prices in the areas are almost the same in Blacksburg.Staff was very helpful and the store was very neatly organized
