Awful!!!!! Will never eat here again!!! Have had 3 visits here over the last couple months and every time have had the worst problems. Would never recommend. Your better off at McDonald's. Pics show just one visit. Not what we ordered and very pathetic. And each time it too us over thirty minutes to get our food and the place was not busy as the pics show. Only giving one start because it's forcing me to. No starts from me.

Never been to a Huddle House before, and found it on Google when we decided to stay overnight locally. Stopped in for breakfast and so glad we did. The Stuffed Hashbrowns and Oreo Cookie Crunch pancakes were awesome. The friendly staff topped off the already pleasant experience.

Tried again to call a year later no answer Once I arrived I found out the phone was unplugged which is why they don't answer the phone I ordered a western omelette add jalapenos and a biscuits and gravy and I did not get a western omelette with jalapenos I received an omelette with tomatoes green pepper and ham chunks. The cook told me that they did not have any biscuits for my biscuits and gravy so I said that's fine I'll just take bread instead so he gave me toast with no gravy but I was still charge for the biscuits and gravyI was calling for 20 minutes with no answer. Drive down to place my order 20 minutes before close and the grill is "shut down for the night". Asked why they didn't answer the phone and the cook responded because they were busy. Waitress was out back smoking and never bothered waking in. Inside looks spotless like they hadn't had costumers in over an hour. And then telling someone to place their order online in scenario would have just lead me to losing money and not getting food, since the location was still open when I called and arrived yet the "kitchen was closed"

Went to this huddle house(big stone gap) to pick up a mobile order. LEMME TELL YOU WHAT, I don’t know how this store is still open. Waited over an hour on our order. Watched our waffle set in the waffle maker for 20 minutes. THEY FORGOT THE CHEESE ON BACON EGG AND CHEESES. All the staff was rude, untrained, and incompetent. They do not refund your money, this place is a waste of time and money. DO NOT STOP HERE!

Easy parking. Very clean inside. Food promptly delivered and hot. Server experienced. Bathroom clean. Two large breakfasts and 2 drinks, less than $20. Tip well! Recommended.

Man the fried Oreo's are the bomb!! A little ice cream and wam..... Fat kid. Love it. The people there are SUPER Nice. I am not from the area but I am from the south and love to here em just talk. Open all the time. 20% off breakfast if you had stayed at the hotel beside it. Yet the hotel has it's own breakfast. What the what?? But they don't have the fried Oreo's!!!! Ha!!

Hubby and I went 3times. And the first time server didn't want to serve us, second time same thing and finally went after hubby got off work at and they where closed!!! Suppost to be open 24hrs but it was closed. They need to change the online info

Great place to dine in, do not order online! We ordered a few hours ahead of time. Nothing to complex 5 of the same entree with a sandwich but it was still 30 min late. There were 3 tables seated unfortunately the food sat while one cook sat down taking a break. My wife finally had to ask if that was our food and if so could it please be bagged up…. Used to be in the service industry so we try to never complain. This was definitely a swing and a miss. Called just to see if there were any recommendations or tips for submitting an order online, no answer. Might be best to just order and wait for it.

The food was decent, there was only one cook and one waitress on staff maybe other people called out, the time was around 6pm. The staff did fine keeping up with the customers and the on line orders. Took longer then expected but I was in no rush.Vegetarian options: Didn't see wheat anything on the menu. Vegetarian options are very limited.

My first experience with Huddle House was very good. I ordered the simple 8oz steak, eggs, and hash browns. The steak was made a perfect medium but was definitely not an 8oz steak. Our family of six eats once a week at a notable steak house and we all order 8oz steak and shrimp special. The steak I was given today was maybe 5oz (upon thickness and circumference) but delicious.

Service was slow and the 3 of us were the only customers. Bacon on BLT was overcooked. Charged for 2 deluxe BLTs (supposed to have 6 slices of bacon). Ours had 2 slices. 2 BLTS, burger w/fries, coffee, 2 soft drinks were $48. When questioned, the server said Yeah, we're kinda high. That's why nobody comes here much. Could be a great facility. In the parking lot of a great hotel but we will never eat at a Huddle House again, anywhere.

After a long drive from NYC passing several waffle house restaurants (cause ewww) we came across Huddle House. We were a little relectent to go in cause we aren't from around here, but decided to go in after sharing a joke with with the manager Antwon outside. Went in and the atmosphere was so pleasant all of the staff were delightful. Meal was great and fresh! If your in the neighborhood stop in..it will definitely make ur day. Brittney was such an awesome and energetic person. And Antwon was the best! It felt like we were with friends! They really made our early morning Definitely a pleasure.

This is the best place to eat the best service and food was amazing the female cook on day shift should be the one managing that place she is so sweet her food is amazing and if she sees the servers are busy she runs the food for them she is the best cook at the Big stone gap restaurant she always takes care of us when we come in she treats her customers as they were her own family this girl is going places and my personal opinion she needs to be the manager of the store please tell her she is the best chef this place has had

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. We were there almost an hour before we got our food. I even ordered an appetizer thinking it would get some food on my table sooner only to have it come out after my actual meal. The food seemed barely edible. Our waitress never came by one time to ask how anything was nor did anyone ask as we checked out. The ice tea was disgusting I literally only took two sips out of it. My daughters hash browns were cold and kind of mushy with zero seasoning of any kind. Her chocolate chip pancakes were awful as well. I ordered the stuffed hash browns and they were bland with no seasoning as well and same issues with those as with my daughter’s side order. My daughter also noted the cooks were not wearing any type of head covering or gloves. We will absolutely not go back to this location ever.

Four adults on vacation staying at hotel next door. Location is so convenient, just walk from hotel. The food is exactly what you would expect from a Huddle House, delicious. Two of us ate breakfast and two of us ate supper. All four of us enjoyed our meals very much. The staff was friendly. We will be back when we are in this area again.

Ordered a starter it came out with the food cold and soggie like the waitress forgot about it. I told her this was cold like it had sat for a while. She just says ok no sorry takes the plate comes back with the same plate and hands it back to me. I asked did you just reheat that? She said yes. I said no thanks. She asked you don't want it. I couldn't believe it. Worst place I have ever been.Ps. The place had only 1 other table so it's not like they were busy.
