Not the same as it used to be. Still some good buys. But they have got greedy like all the other stores. They're paying pennies on the dollar for that chinese junk. But 70 or 80 times what it is worth. Prove me wrong.????

Huge store. Tons of options.The workers here actually care if there's a line. They will open a second checkout line if there's a line, unlike most stores in many different states.Great prices, great quality, there's actually room for people to shop the same aisle without bothering each other.Even better than the Walmart that used to be in this plaza because they actually cared about stocking!

The biggest positive was the lady working at the register there. She was very nice and even walked down a few aisles trying to help me look for something and asked a co-worker. It wasn't busy at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. Probably just one or two other people besides me. I was just looking for toothpicks with little decorations for cupcakes. Used to get them in a package along with cupcake liners. I had already looked through the party supplies and then in the kitchen utensil section. We only found regular toothpicks and they were in such a TINY little container. Looked like something from "Wish"! Used to get at least one if not two I think per package for a dollar. They had pretty little pastel lids that spun around to dispense the toothpicks. They were much bigger and much sturdier looking! Most everything just seemed quite junky. Not only have the prices went up, but the products have gotten smaller. And a lot of things just looked REALLY chintzy. Used to be able to get quality things that were actually a bargain. There were a few things like plastic storage organizers, helium balloons, color matched disposable plastic tablecloths, plates, and silverware that looked about the same as they had before. And a decent price for a 1.25, although you can sometimes find the same things at Walmart for the same price or maybe even $0.97 without making a special trip. Used to be worth your time to make a special trip to the Dollar Tree. I went fairly often and always came out with at least ten or fifteen items that were actually a good bargain as well as a good product. Haven't hardly been in several years and was quite disappointed.

The entire store wreaks of body odor. Been like this for weeks now!! Everytime I enter the store, that wet dog smell from some trashy folks who don't take care of basic personal hygiene smacks me in the face. I wish the employees would use some air freshener throughout the entire store to get rid of that lingering odor. Smells the exact same way in Food City.

Even though everything went up to $1.25 they still have good deals. And with the $3 and $5 isles you can always find a good deal on something that costs more in other stores.Had deals on after Christmas items. Good job.

I absolutely love the Big stone gap Dollar Tree, even more so since they moved a couple store fronts down to a bigger space. They have so much cool stuff and at such a bargain.

The cashier was rude. I was buying balloons for a celebration of life/balloon release and had asked her to add some air to a couple balloons. She just shrugged it off I could tell she didn't want to deal with me because of the number of balloons I had bought. I finally just said forget it and walked out.

I absoutly LOVE the Dollar store and the price I can go and get everything from socks, eye glasses to things to decorate my home, this store is a must if your planning a party and you cannot beat the prices!!! $1. Not only is it cheap but it's durable: I use to think if I pay a dollar for this it cannot be worth much but I was wrong!!!!! This is a great place to go for people on a budget or if you simply want to save money.My kids are now teenagers but when they were younger they'd get a dollar from me, mamaw, papaw , etc and I'd take em to the dollar store to get a toy and they just thought it was great they got to buy something with their money!!!

They failed to treat their walks with salt to make it safe to walk on . Not very customer friendly you had to walk over a 2 foot wide patch of ice to get to the sidewalk.. Health Hazard for sure ...

I love dollar tree but some of the workers are very rude, there is one tht stocks the shelfs and I stood there like 5 mins asking her a question and she didn't care to answer me so I had to go right next to her and asked and she answered but didn't not give eye contact. I know she heard me the first times i asked but choice to ignore me very rude.

Its your average Dollar tree. Everything is a dollar or less. This store does have a frozen food section.

%25 raise is a little much. You can now buy most of this stuff anywhere for that price and get name brands alot of times.I wish I could get a %25 raise
