Last time I tried to eat here they told me the dining room was closed. No sign and no locked door either! They were basically saying “get out” because they were just feeling lazy I suppose. I didn’t come in looking like I was on drugs or anything. I was just on a break from a local office job! Never going back after that reception. I feel sorry for the owners

Update:I was stupid and went back there again today because they had a good deal, but it will be my last time. I got a combo meal and I was supposed to get medium fries. They didn’t even put a small size amount in it. They just gave me just about ate fries. Freaking outrageous. They really lost a good customer. And in a very small town, you need to keep as many customers, as you can. I’m going to use my points, and then I will never buy anything from them again.Original Review:I don’t even know why I keep ordering from here. The burger that I got today I got specifically for the sauce on it and they did not put the sauce on it. Whenever I order a chicken tender basket, they never give me the honey mustard that I order, they always give me that nasty gravy, I don’t know if the people there don’t know how to make the sodas right or what, most of the time they are watered down and a couple of times they have been pure water. I got some tenders two days ago with barbecue sauce. The person drowned it with so much sauce I was sick all night. So they either put too much sauce on some thing or they don’t put it on at all.The soda that I’m drinking right now from there taste nothing like it supposed to. On the rare occasion when they do make the food correctly it is pretty decent.

We have been there many times but the past 4 times we have had issues after issue with the service and trying to get ice cream. This was the final straw for us when we ordered 3 ice creams and by the time we pulled up to the window they told us it just broke this is outrageous. If you all have that many issues get it fixed period 💯 we have decided to just take our money some where else once again this time we won't be back ever again.

They literally haven't had an order correct for me or my housemates since November 2022. They can't even get the corrections right. We will never be returning unless for just ready made ice cream.I take back any niceties I've ever said. It's bordering harassment how inaccurate they are.

The food is amazing. With the exception of the service. I go and always ask for a new York cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake an no strawberry. Only one time have i ever got what i asked for. I love the new York blizzard and I would eat it everyday if it was made the way I paid for....

In not knowing that the lobby was closed, my 2 year old daughter and I walked over for lunch.A huge thank you to Sammy for going above and beyond allowing us to order from the door then bringing us our food! He even went as far as to inquire about needing refills on drinks , while we ate outside. Sammy is the type of employee all places need. Thank you!Food was great as well.

First experience spent $15.00 and the girl forgot to call the order out. Stopped this evening and they forgot to mention they was taking cash only said there internet was down but Hardees worked just fine. Big stone Dairy queen should take lessons from Norton Dairy queen. Dairy Queen in Big Stone Gap waste of money and very poor service would not recommend at all.

Their employees are apparently unable to count. I ordered 3 4 piece chicken strip baskets and 1 6 piece chicken strip basket with 2 pieces of toast in each. They were more than happy to charge me for the extra, a whopping $33. But apparently couldn't count up to 6. I got no six piece basket, and no extra toast. Would NOT recommend this place.

The food was good the only thing I can say is it was a little bit crowded but that's okay the food was good and I enjoyed it I waited in line quite a while to get up to the window there was no going inside to eat you had to get it to go there was quite a few in front of me but that's okay sometime you have to just be patient

Walked in and was very concerned judging by the staff appeance. Vut I can assure you the order was was correct they were very polite. They made a personal experience out of weighted on us. When they stepped outside to take a smoke break and kid around with their friends, They took the time to come back in and check on us. They didn't need to, but they made the effort! top notch all the way around

I normally enjoy my weekly "cheat meal". I order the 3 piece chicken strip basket. Which comes with fries, gravy, and chicken tenders. Lately, it is one of two things. Either then chicken tenders are the size of my thumb (I know they probably can't help that.) or the amount of fries in the meal is sad. At the time I am writing this I have a total of 15 fries in my basket. Please include more fries in the meals. Thank you.

Messed up my burger toppings after telling them twice so I had to add my own at home. But other than that, good stuff. The young fella serving drive-thru even accommodated me at the window by adding a blizzard that I forgot to order at the speaker. Thanks so much! Will return

Went to get a blizzard. My server was not only not wearing a mask, but was visibly wiping and picking their nose during the pandemic. My blizzard was melting down three sides of the cup and the spoon already in my ice cream. Never saw a glove. Yuck.

There was only about 4 or 5 car total in the drive thru line we sat in line almost 40 minutes. There dining area is still closed to the public.
