This is, actually, a really good store/location. They have a large variety of items for at least most, if not all aspects of home/yard care. The staff is always friendly, and I believe this is a genuine small business that supports the local community.

I don't remember contacting them 2 weeks ago. I think my mom may have called them. Her Google account gets mixed up with mine at times. Our accounts are connected to each other, I think. So, our browser history get mixed up sometimes as well.

Typical true hardware store. The staff seemed friendly. Home Depot was 20 miles away and I just decided to stop here on a whim. Got what I needed save money and diesel fuel nice friendly Hometown Hardware Store

They have a unbelievable stock of metric and SAE nuts, bolts and misc. hardware. Been restoring old equipment and they always have what is needed. As for the rest of the store they don't stock a large quantity of anything, but may have what's needed for a minor repair.

They have very limit supply and the things that they would carry ate out of stock. I had to spend 1 hour piecing together brass fittings because they were out of stock of the popular fittings. I went back a month later and they still hadn't stocked the missing items. On top of all this if they have what you want you will pay 50% more than you would at Lowes. I know small shops can't compare with Lowes and I would love to support my local stores but with that selection and those prices it sorta forces my hands to drive an extra 15 minutes to Winchester.Pity, the people are friendly though. That's a plus.

This is a great little hardware store in our small town. Everyone is kind & helpful. I appreciate the local convenience they provide for general hardware needs of the community. I will continue to support this local business whenever I can.

Skip Home Depot or Lowe’s and go with these small town guys. Service like this from pros who know their products and will help you troubleshoot through a problem is worth the dollar or two you might save going to a big box store. Bought a Stihl chainsaw and weed whacker from here after a getting tired of cheap but poorly made tools breaking or not getting the job done. Have had a plumbing problem and electrical conundrum that I just didn’t quite know how to solve and the employees here helped me work through and fix it.

I went in for a screw, even after I told the guy I had health issues preventing me from wearing a mask, I was told that I have to go outside!! UnConstitutional!! DISCRIMINATION at its finest!! I refuse to give my money to any business that refuses to let me into their store without a mask over a virus with a 99.9% survival rate!!

They have a little bit of everything here, and usually I can find just what I need. But if I have a problem finding something the employees are very knowledgeable and usually able to go right to it.

I spent 6 months planning a High altitude balloon launch. They said they rented FULL 55 cu feet helium tanks out so I rented one the day of the planned launch. When I was at the store I noticed that the gage said it was empty and I asked them about this and they told me it was broken and it was indeed full. As I was filling the balloon the helium tank ran out almost immediately. Very upset with this place.

It's a nice place, they have most of the little things that you might need, but the prices are really high, and the hours are short. They really arent open most of the time that you need them. Most of their rental equipment is broken. More than half the times I've tried to rent things from them if has turned out to be broken and a complete waste of my time.

I Went in for propane stuff, within 5 seconds of walking in I was greeted and the employees showed me where the item was. A1 service. GOATED employees.

Last time I will ever go here due to having a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and being told that I had to go outside since I couldn't wear one. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
