Very nice place to shop but maintenance of this store is horrible. Way too many things from toilets not working to HVAC and flooding issues. What makes it all the more insane is corporate has no clue how to make these repairs so it doesn't impact the store operation. A store that is closed down for nearly tree weeks to fix issues is just ridiculous. I guess this show the mentality of those overseeing a business in this day and age. Just clueless as to how to do things properly and in a timely fashion.

My review is long overdue. I luv this place. Plus one employee, "Marie" who has been their a long time and has checked me out many times. She is very nice, and polite and says thanks for shopping at Dollar Tree. Many people young and old could learn from her. Thanks for the good service and great deals. One thing for sure, when you shop their it will be the BEST deal you've have all day!UPDATE: Came in 5/30/21...store was busy, and they were selling a lot, but everything I needed they had...plus "Dorothy" who has worked there for years checked me out, and she is one FINE person.

Why are they always closed, it has been almost 3 weeks now and they are still closed. They have big signs on the doors closed for maintenance this is ridiculous. And when they're opened the line will be halfway to the back of the store and the one cashier will not call for help.I love this store but something needs to be done about this.

One of the best Dollar Trees around. Always clean and fully stocked, the cashiers there are so polite and helpful make u feel welcomed and appreciated I would suggest this store to anyone

I had the best-ever experience here. There was a coupon I wanted to use (now that Dollar Tree takes them) that was a little more complicated than usual. The cashiers/managers agreed it would apply to my items, but their registers were not agreeing. Due to the message on the screen, they weren't allowed to take the coupon. I was disappointed, but get this: they offered to call corporate on my behalf to ask permission to use it! They weren't able to get an answer right then and there, but a sweet manager Diana called me later in the day to say if I wanted to come back, they would honor the coupon. I was just so blown away by her kindness... and everyone else I interacted with. They completely went out of their way when they didn't need to and totally made my day. The respect and time they gave me meant so much...even when on a crazy Saturday at the store they could have easily brushed me off, they didn't. Wish I lived closer to this store as I'd go all the time!

Love that I could pick up holiday cards and birthday cards here for $0. 50 or a buck!Also like that I could change out my placemats on my dining room table without paying a fortune.Great place to pick up reading glasses too!They always have a great selection of seasonal items.

It's amazing what you can find at the Dollar Store. Baldacci wafer cookies, around $3 in the grocery, just a dollar! A little too tempting if you know Bauducco wafer cookies. I resisted with just two packages. You never know if they will be again but it was a fun find today. The kids got their regular iced tea and sour gummy. In and out for under $10, and everyone's happy.

My husband is a Vet so we go to Salem, Virginia for his doctor appointments at the V.A. Hospital . We try to always stop by this Dollar Tree as it usually has a great selection and all but the manager are friendly and helpful. She however is rude and hateful to customers as well as the sweet older lady who works up front.

This is the biggest store I have ever been to. It has a huge selection and friendly staff to help you find items and also check you out. This is in a great location, right off of 460 highway, there are many other stores around this location so you can eat and shop and stay on the go. I cant wait to go back and visit this location again with my whole family. Love love love this store!

Bigger store than a usual Dollar Tree. Nice frozen food department. Too many odd brand food items made in third world countries. Their brand pickle relish really sucks.

The biggest DT i have been in sqaure footage wise. Would give it 5 stars but the manager followed me half way to my car one time. I dont know why. Good store but some merchandise falls apart.

Was going there to pick up prepaid balloons and they were closed at 2pm on a Saturday. The worker could not even get in because he didn't have a key and the manager was supposedly coming to open the store.

I am sad to see any bad reviews at this store. From 2007 to 2009 I was the store manager and trained the now store manager Diana, this is a great store and Diana does a very goods job keeping up what we started back in then.

Definitely getting better with improved inventory and new products being introduced all the time. Great store to begin with but its getting better all the time.

I get a lot of my craft stuff here. Also dollar tree usually has nice quality florals. I use them all the time for my projects.

Very messy with trash in the floor and boxes everywhere. This is not just from one visit either, its every single time I go in the store. This store is poorly ran and needs a huge remodel with new management.

This place is still closed. Website said it was open after driving here found closed as do many other very unhappy people because the website has said closed and it now says open

The cashier put too many things in one bag. I had got 3 wooden items that light up and she put them in the bag first then filled up the bag with lots of items.

Almost every time employees outside at the side entrance to busy smoking. Leaving the checkout lines with only 1 person. It must be a hard job to stand around and smoke all day.
