This Walgreens is the most unprofessional place I’ve been. There is no way someone should be on hold for 20+ minutes without speaking to a single person! I understand places get busy, but if you can’t answer the phones for over 20 minutes get more staff!! They do have a message option but when you leave a message its like you never called! Completely unacceptable.

Looks like Walgreens took down my review, but it is still on my Google Account. I guess they don't want anyone to see this:Absolutely horrible.I understand Ritalin is in short supply, but having to wait for 2 weeks to get medication is absurd. I have to check the order daily or I might miss that it gets kicked back in the system and appears unordered.The final blow that is causing me to go elsewhere is unheard of. I ordered the medication, waited a week, noticed it was kicked back, reordered it and called, medication filled. Husband discovers the next day that the pharmacy filled out a prescription from two months ago that is half the dose. I called them. I explained the situation and was told to call the doctor. Call the doctor? You want me to tell the doctor you filled out an inactive prescription for a controlled substance and ask for more? That's what they told me to do. I am so livid typing this out.We got a new prescription, 5 days ago, to fix the mess, and they still cannot fill it.Unbelievable

This is the worst pharmacy in existence. Bealeton would be better off to have no pharmacy at all. They sat on my infants prescription for 48 hours and then told me they needed to order it. What were you doing for the last 2 days? This is prescription breathing treatment for an infant, it’s kind of important. Shameful incompetence.

Waited forever for a tube of ointment for my Granddaughter, not sure why it took soooooooo long to grab off the shelf, put in bag ?! Very frustrating! Never ever coming back here again!

Walgreens is clean and organized. A great selection of over the counter medicines. Great discount offers. Everyone is polite and helpful. Love the notifications when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. And love the drive thru window service. Quick service all around.

The pharmacy is the worst service I have ever received at any public place. The Tech with short blonde hair is their only positive. I have called to confirm medications are ready and show up hours later with nothing ready. One of the pharmacist even told me I was going to kill my son with the medications I was giving him. Had to even call his doctor to get the medications transferred as he refused to sell them to me. I will drive as far as I have to just to go somewhere else.

Nothing's ever ready, the new phone system is absolutely awful, and the employee attitudes are equally as bad. Very unfortunate Walgreens is my insurances' only option

As a pharmacy technician of 40;years. I have never seen a pharmacy managed as poorly as this one. Not a customer friendly place, the pharmacist was non compassionate or helpful, he was angry, bitter, and only cared about closing the place.

One star is even too many for this place! They never answer the phone and don't care about their patients. Wish it would have stayed a Rite Aid. I went on Saturday to pick up a prescription I called in on Thursday just to find out they don't accept Anthem BCBS anymore. You would think they would at least give me a call since my prescription is VERY expensive without insurance and my life literally depends on me taking it. No call, no nothing. My half an hour trip to pick up my prescription turned into an hour and a half trp to Warrenton.

Worst pharmacy ever. They had my prescription for days. Go to pick it up and am told oh it’s not ready yet come back in a half hour. So I come back in a hour and am told oh they haven’t even started it the pharmacist has been busy. Come back in another half hour. So I asked how many times I would be told a half hour so I could do the math and come back when it would actually be ready.

Real hit and miss on the timing of picking up prescription.Today to your Doctor sent in a prescription before 2:30 pm.When to pick them up at 4:30pm and not started. Waited until 5p. For them . Heard another person say there's was called in at 3. And they waited 5 minutes.Guess I needed to be on frist name bases like the other person.When I got home had a message that myprescription was ready. 😆

Will never go to this place again. Went for my covid shot, you would think the pharmacist thought he had a knife I stead of needle. He jammed the needle in my arm so hard, I had blood running off my elbow. The worse experience ever. 1 star is too much....too much credit. They deserve nothing

I have used Rite/Aide, now Walgreens in Bealeton for 20+ years without any issues. The employees are always courteous and kind. Today, an employee named Kaitlin was very disrespectful, loud, and rude. She should not hold a position in customer service. I will avoid this store as long as management allows their employees to greet customers with disdain.

Read past comments. There always seems to be some confusion with prescription orders and pick ups. Maybe it’s staffing or training. Possibly both. Will need to start using w pharmacy closer to work.
