bathrooms were clean. ordered an app sampler and the food was hot and fresh. they forgot my sauce so i had to go back in and wait for a while before anyone noticed me to ask for it. the lady at the register was nice but the people in the kitchen weren’t friendly.

Amazing gas station with anything you could want. Everything was clean and staff was polite and friendly. Some nights they may be swamped with food orders so service may be slower but that's only because this is a smokers paradise 😂 Food is good the slusbies are refreshing and the gas is usually cheaoer than others. The best thing is that's this place is 24/7!

A good experience at this sheetz location getting a bite to eat. Ordering my sandwich was easy even with some additions I wanted to add. There are many other snack items and sweets to choose from as well in addition to the many beverage options in the refrigerators. This location also has many gas pumps to fill up at so it shouldn't be hard to grab a pump.

A manager Mickey is her name act as the me as a paying costumer was bothering her! The store was not busy and they employees was not doing nothing! My family order breakfast food and shakes first the girl half made our shakes when we brought it to her attention the manager apologized to her because we said something instead of showing her how to make them correctly. We order croissants sandwiches all was toasted hard couldn’t eat the bread, the sausages was Burt !!!! I brought mine back and the picture below is what the manager made. If you are going to work with the public learn how to interact with people!!! I don’t want to give no stars I think one star is to much 😑

Worst wrap I’ve ever had from a Sheetz. $0.50 for sauce on it and didn’t get enough. Mostly wrap and not much inside.

This is the second time I have been to this place and both times it's been so dirty and outside has such a bad smell. Floors sticky trash on the tables. Not to mention the customer service is horrible on top of it. Come on Sheetz y'all can do better.

I will say the area is convenient for a gas station. Not too many unless you go about 10 to stafford or up in new baltimore. However, the kitchen crew is on the inappropriate side at least the people that were there today. They were working don’t get me wrong but they were very playful with each other if that makes sense: loud and rowdy I guess is the word but they’re probably teenagers/young adults so I guess it’s not their fault but it wouldn’t hurt to be a little quieter :)

I give some of the Sheetz a 10 over others I visit. Some are a lot cleaner than others, but what can I say I'm a Sheetz guy. If it's dirty it's simple I just don't go back!

The cashier was so nasty to me and my family ! She didn’t ID 3 customers for alcohol products I forgot my ID but she didn’t card the three people prior so I assumed she’d do the same as soon as I got to the counter she was nasty to me I see her there all the time she’s normally quiet an she wears colorful wigs and clown make up very poor customer service if your gonna card people card everyone who looks younger then 30 ! I will be back to speak to management

Great service. Food comes out pretty quickly. One thing I love about Sheetz is there willingness to keep up with technology. I love that I can use Apple Pay at their pumps. I also love their coffee machines!

Great layout, and convenient access makes this my go-to station. I also rank their service among the best Sheetz I have found. I ordered my food, and it was ready by the time I paid for it; so, those disappointed with the service might be there at a busy time, or at a different employee shift. My MTO food was great, and a great value, too!

Here we go again! Another person working in the customer service field who acts like customers bother them! I guess the supervisor who’s 1st name starts with an “A” was upset that I walked up to counter to be checked out! Because she tossed her towel down where she was wiping items down & huffed & walked over. I was polite the WHOLE time even though this Sheetz Supervisor just made it very plain that I was a bother! Has anyone told her that without customers she would have NO JOB! Well, I will make sure Sheetz HQ informs her. So, If you want great customer service & well cooked food then DO NOT go to the Sheetz in Bealeton VA!

Within the 10 minutes I was here, they let 10 customers in without masks. They employees clearly saw them but none of the employees said a word to them or discouraged their behavior. There were elderly people here with masks who clearly looked worried and uncomfortable. 2 of them were clearly drunk or high and we're screaming and eating and being loud and making everyone feel unsafe. The employees did not do anything and let them order food and eat I'm the dining area. I did not feel safe and will never be stopping here again.

Sahara is the sweetest angel. I needed help with the ice cream machine tonight & she called for help from her manager Nicole & she never came out to help her. I helped Sahara figure it out & all was well. I would have never done that & it’s not okay. Way to go Sahara!!! You are amazing!

Stopped here for fuel on two consecutive Saturdays. The men's restroom was a hot mess both times: a urinal and one of two toilets out of commission, toilet paper all over the floor in the one functioning toilet stall, and one of two handsoap dispensers not working.On another note, it's a little mind boggling what the city/town planners were thinking when laying out the intersection nearest this store. To get back onto Route 17 northbound one has to choose crossing two lanes of 17 to get to the left turn lane... or turn right/west onto the secondary road because the left turn (toward the light) is blocked by the median... and then you find the u-turn is prohibited forcing you to turn into the adjacent development to hang the u-turn and the the left toward the light... just... damn. It's like Buck and Jimmer at the Planning Department just couldn't conceive that anyone would ever need to head north outta the Sheetz! SMH...

Just like most Sheetz, there is a great selection of food and beverage and the place is pretty clean. Although, a lot of tobacco products that were advertised from the manufacturer as being stocked at the location are not. This is also the 1000th gas station in a one horse town, but beside Wi-Not Stop , the best quality in my opinion.

So never order through Uber eats to this location mom sat hungry for two hours waiting for food that was never picked up by the Uber drivers they absolutely should not offer this service of they can’t deliver l. My mom is in her seventies and can’t leave the house which left her with nothing to eat because of there horrible customer service through Uber. Definitely do not recommend for delivery but the sheets is actually really good food please address this problem so that other customers don’t have to deal with this issue and piss poor service.

I come from Altoona originally lived by their Corporate headquarters and new pop and gram Sheetz! They was great people, but the boys are loosing it. The standards are going to sh*t and they serve sloppy and Management don't care at local level. You boys need to get a grasp of it! If you check my sheets card purchases you'll notice I was at you stores all over in 6 states from my work routes and in the last 3 years I am hardly their buying anymore. Poor service and lack of quality along with uncaring management can have a huge impact on business.

This is now my girlfriend's and mine favorite place to go for a quick bite. And her daily/nightly ice cream sundaes and milkshake. She was very disappointed when she found out that they have taken the chocolate and caramel syrup away.

A good place to get fuel and anything else you can get from a gas station . I haven't ordered food there but people seem to like it . I do love me the amount of pumps and free air . Could have a couple more of air pumps .

I love sheetz but this is the slowest place ever. A bunch of the cashiers have no motivation to do anything at all..... everyone in this store needs an energy drink or something. Plus they aren’t very friendly I’ll be going down the road to opal from now on.....
