A place that sells a gazillion different things to drink....yet has only ONE urinal and ONE stall in the restroom.They had a whopping three employees in this entire facility and the men's room was beyond disgusting.Unfortunately, most men are disgusting in the men's room but I am not.Hey Royal Farms, maybe stop spending money on automated coffee machines and drink machines and try hiring quality employees instead?DON'T zoom in on the picture I posted if you're squeamish.

Nice coffee/beverage station, i liked the self-ordering stations.Chicken was just okay and the bathroom was small and bad.You gotta hunt for a bag to put your chicken though, be sure to ask for it

The cashier was friendly, but all the other employees seemed inconvenienced when I ordered food. She indicated that it would be nine minutes for fries, when I ordered a three piece spicy chicken tender meal. Didn't offer any substitutes. The place wasn't busy, but it was a Sunday night. After what seemed much longer than nine minutes (30)! The fries were served hot. The chicken was more dry than crunchy. Everything also was an upcharge with the order. Dipping sauce, roll, biscuit or waffle even gravy for the fries. Gravy with mashed potatoes? I am not sure. I have come to expect better from Royal Farms, so I hope this was an out of the ordinary situation.

normally it has been a good place to stop, this time not so much. Proportion size for 3 chicken tenders and a large fry for almost $13, in a tiny box, and i mean tiny box, was enough to ask for a refund this go round.

weird to review a gas station but the fried chicken really is good. As are a couple of the sides. I see some negative reviews but I've ordered from here a bunch of times and they never get the order wrong, the food is hot, and the self-checkout works fine.

The bathroom here is atrocious. I stop here regularly as I drive the area all day. The urinal leaks all over the floor and the floor is always wet and sticky. The urine smell is unbearable. If not for convenience I wouldn't come here again. I may just start going to the McDonald's next door from now on. Most Royal Farms I frequent are clean, this is the outlier.

Great service from the young lady who was making my chicken. Had to wait a couple of minutes and didn't mind at all because it was red, hot, crispy and delicious. Thank you!

We were very disappointed to find that the bathrooms at this location do NOT have a changing station in the WOMENS bathroom….😡 Make sure you check your meals also, ours only had 5 small fries in the 5pcs tender meal but when I went back in they made it right by giving us more fries.

Royal Farms stopped giving receipt the Pump (2023). Make you go inside and wait!FThis is a new Royal Farms 2022 - Mens Bathroom has one commode and one urinal - seriously!? FThis Royal Farms is dirty!I will be leaving the Royal Farms club (save $0.10/gallon)! It’s not worth it! FGoing back to Sheetz and WaWa! AOh and the chicken is not as good as it once was…. F

I often order food from here and I enjoy it and prefer their chicken and fries over places like Popeyes. They got a good selection of sauces that i'm content with, would recommend to others if they live near one.

Asked people making my sandwich for a biscuit instead of a waffle. They hadn't started my Sandwich but said it was too hard. I canceled my sandwich. I would have returned my drink and cigarettes but that's not allowed. This location is trash. I've been here 3x and every experience has been awful. I'm normally a loyal rofo customer but not if I'm out here. I would not recommend stopping here at all. Employees are very rude and somehow the bathroom is also disgusting. How? Is this location even a month old?

Their “world famous chicken” is probably the world saltiest chicken. We had a piece of spicy chicken wing and a piece of chicken thigh, and three different sauces. EVERYTHING SINGLE ONE OF THESE THINGS ARE SALTY AS HELL.

Brand new Royal Farms, conveniently located at the junction of 29 & 17. Gas prices are competitive and there’s a lot of pumps so no waiting. The interior is bright and clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m not sure why the chicken is “famous” though, it’s decent but no better than KFC. Four stars for the size and convenience. Two stars for the chicken. Averaging it out to three stars overall.

UPDATE: Gas is finally the same price as the Sheetz across the road but everything else is still the same from the review below.Gas is consistently 20 cents more than Sheetz across the street or any other station in the area. It makes no sense why they are always so much more per gallon.The chicken biscuits use tenders and they don't ever take out that stringy part that you can't really chew. Also, they wrap their biscuits in cellophane which steams everything and makes it mushy and it's also hard to open.Store is clean, that's really the only positive here.

WORST ROYAL FARM EVER!! I've been a fan of Royal Farms for decades, eaten at them all over Maryland, and this is by far the worst ever. Chicken was dry, tasted bad, and not edible. Mashed potatoes and the fires weren't any better. Restrooms (both genders) as well as the checkout area were filthy! Trash on the floors, etc. Don't waste your time here.

Went to try their food becasue everyone said how good it was. Spent $45 on a variety family pack that came with mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and potato wedges. We can start with the girl behind the counter who said what did u order ( I used their computer system).. Apparently she had never seen a family meal ordered... Anyways she puts them all together and puts it on top of counter. Um, do you have bags.. Yeah they over there as she pointed to cashier... So apparently you bag your own food there. We had to ask for the sauce which we ordered with meal. I ordered a mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy half watered down was put in a 2oz plastic portion cup. Potatoes wedges were old and soggy so much the boxes were falling apart. Chicken was so so bur awfully salty. Mac n cheese was old. I assumed their food was fresh all day. I guess I was wrong to come at dinner time. For the manager at this location, your customer service is horrible and don't advertise fresh food all day if it is indeed not fresh. I won't recommend this establishment to anyone. I wasted $45 on a family meal that KFC would've done better.

My husband and I stopped on our way back from PA as we love the chicken from Royal Farms. This was our first visit to this store as they recently opened. First, the price of the chicken is ridiculous so we did not get. Second, we were made to ring ourselves out when there were staff standing behind the counter. Totally unacceptable. I /we do not work for you Royal Farms so unless you plan to give me a discount on my purchases for ringing myself out, I won't be stopping here again.

Stopped in for some food. Expected it to be at least decent because this place has just opened. Ordered the spicy chicken tenders. First of all is disgusting, secondly there was a hair that was cooked into the tender. Will never buy food here again. The workers were rude when I took the food back in and showed them. Don’t waste your money here just go across the street to sheetz.

Stopped in to try the fried chicken. It tastes like a pepper shaker. If you like pepper then you'll love it. I won't be buying it again. You can always add seasoning but you can't take it out. I waited for 30 minutes for my order to be ready only to be unable to eat it.

Chicken looks good. Only staff had masks on.Bathroom not ADA, tiny, one urinal, one broken toilet in mens’s room. Sheetz bathrooms are the gold standard. Ridiculous self-check did not work (staff was good). Will not be stopping by again.

Was excited to try the chicken as friends said they loved the chicken when they had it years ago at another Royal farms. My experience unfortunately was not as good. The chicken tenders were so salty they were inedible.

Royal farms is 'A Right Royal Rip-Off. There fast food is way over priced and they have the highest priced Gasoline on Route 29, 20 miles either direction from OPAL.
