Such wonderful customer service! 1st time in a vape shop. Was unsure if what u was looking for. Needed a little something to help take edge off of , from quitting cigarettes. While on a work trip, I made an extra effort to visit this place, despite seeing their competition just across the street. Fortunately, their competitor was closed for longer than indicated, right in the middle of the day. The service here was fantastic, with a genuinely sweet and kind woman at the counter. She was well-versed in her products and made a point to acknowledge every customer, ensuring them she'd assist them shortly. She informed me about their ongoing deals, and thanks to that, I ended up purchasing two items.

Stopped in tonight and had the best experience. Lee and Jess answered all of my questions with solid knowledge of their products and gave me more even more info- something that’s hard to come by and very much appreciated. What the owners didn’t know is that I had just come from being with my family dog at the end of his life and their friendliness and kindness really lifted my spirits. Super hard to come by folks like this, especially in the tobacco industry so please stop by their store! So so happy to have discovered them and make their shop my go to.

My new vape shop!!! Super low pricing and the customer service was phenomenal. Lee took care of me to the highest degree. He was patient and refused to let me leave his shop without what I wanted. He even offered to order in items that i was looking for that he didn’t carry; not that there’s a lack of selection I’m just difficult. Lee took his time and answered every question, and I asked a lot and probably was a pain in the butt. Lee made me feel super comfortable in his store. He even stated that his goal was customer satisfaction. I live 30 mins away, have a vape shop .43 miles from my house, and a vape shop in my jobs shopping center. I’ll take the 30 min ride just to come here for his customer service and pricing

This is the best tobacoo and vape shop in the area. They have a wide variety of vapes, juices and wraps. A huge selection of products are available here also. Super nice place, big variety of items! I really like the layout out of this store and it's easy to find what you need, select things available as they just opened but getting new things each day! Definitely getting my business again, they're also super friendly. Great for this small town to have one of these! Stop for all your smoke needs, or CBD EDIT: ALL THERE PRODUCTS ARE LEGIT, some stores sell knockoff products but I bought a Hyde vape from here and authenticated it. Honestly like this one better than warrenton.

The prices are great, the people are friendly. But the last 2 disposable vapes I've gotten from them have burnt up in the first day. 7000 puffs should last quite some time.
