In the night time, Love’s Travel Stop at 6168 N Scenic Hwy, Bastian, VA, United States was looking awesome. However, it was fully packed with Trucks and truckers were sleeping, taking bath, using toilets, taking refreshments, Fuelling their vehicles. All the staff of Love’s Stop very busy to accommodate all truckers and other customers.So looking very beautiful to observe all this. I love Love’s Truck Stop.

Friendliest staff ever! Inside kept very clean and also grounds. Love the Subway and McDonald’s connection. Subway open 24/7 not sure about McDonald’s. Gas is always cheaper too. Lots of souvenir type items, snacks and drinks! Coffee bar is awesome!

Customer Service was substandard; there were only two employees, a bald headed male and a female. The bald headed male was a total jerk. The nacho cheese pump didn’t work so my daughter and I thought it was empty so I asked if they had anymore, and the jerk just pointed at the cheese pump. Finally the female employee came and she tried it and nothing came out and so the bald headed jerk finally looked into it and the bag of nacho cheese was full. He pumped once, and said it should be good and walked away. We pumped several times and it would spit out a drop of cheese for every ten pumps or so. Told the bald headed jerk that something was still wrong with it and he just walked by and mumbled something and disappeared. Tried to get help but no one was at the cash register for at least five minutes as there were three people were in line waiting for someone to show up. The bald headed jerk finally showed up and I told him about the malfunctioning pump and he said that I was the problem because when pumped it worked. I told him to do it and said he’d rather not and said we didn’t have to get it the nacho cheese if we didn’t have to. This was at midnight and traveling from NC to WI and wanted something crunchy to keep us awake for a bit more. The bald headed jerk was a total jerk!

They allow these truckers to park any where, blocking gas pumps and parked trucks.

Thanks for having a scale in the ladies restroom. A lot of locations don't have that or either they're just in the men's room. ALSO, Peggy was a huge help in explaining to me how to replace my lost Love's card. She even did hands on by showing me where to go on the Love's app. I appreciate that she took the time to do that. ❤️

Overall this is an awesome Loves. Great staff, clean showers, easy truck parking. The problem is they allow trucks to park wherever so its impossible to get out in the morning. Had two wake up 2 different trucks just to get out in the morning.

Great gas station located right off the highway. Facilities were clean, both the store and restrooms. The convenience store is well stocked. Parking lot plenty large to maneuver the pumps.

Don't try and come here to park after 4 pm and don't stop here for morning fuel as the parking lot is a mess then .

This is a nice one! All the spots are super easy to park in with an 18 wheeler. This place is clean! Although, the parking area smells like piss. I sure wish all truckers would stop taking leaks in the parking lots. That is nasty and pure laziness. The store is super clean and has friendly staff! Nice views here too!

I have benn to this location twice. Both times the same guy was working the drive thru. He was super nice and respectful. The sandwiches looked like the ones on the sign.

Nice loves, as usual. Nice little diner across the street and a nearby IGA Grocery IF you are bobtailing. Clean showers, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and a very friendly staff, honestly.

As a truck driver, I would totally recommend this place. Very easy parking. Nice view. Clean bathrooms and showers. Arby’s restaurant inside. And just overall a very good stop on I 77.For those who are complaining about being woken up when they are parked where they are not supposed to park, maybe you should try stopping early.

Best gas station I have been to on this trip to Northcarolina to help my sister move into her apartment. I came here today the bathrooms were cleaned, staff was nice, plenty of parking and nice gas prices will be coming back when I go to visit my sister.

Do not park on the gravel across from loves. Loves called the cops on 4 trucks parked there and they were ticketed. Also if you park on the side facing the fuel islands you will get blocked in. They go 3-4 wide right there making it a one lane and impossible to get out.

Very clean restrooms, clean store, hot fresh coffee, nice cashier. The Arby’s is fast and clean, not messy sandwiches like some Arby’s in other towns. The manager is good at her job from what I observed while waiting in line, not a long wait either. All around good stop.

So after pumping gas i went into use the ladies bathroom... a man walk into the bathroom and said have you seen a purse in her the lady in the bathroom said no after the man was walking around he stopped in front of my steal and bent over a if to peep under my steal and say i only got one answer i quickly said no and he walked back through the bathroom again then left....I was afraid to come out of the stall while he was in there this is Redick, the woman who lost the purse was there she could have come back in to look for her "purse" but a man did instead...disgusts me....

Parking is a little tough at certain times and if you have to leave early you will probably be blocked in. But the place is well kept. Bathrooms clean showers clean. Nice staff and the gentleman (i believe his name is chad if i heard the cashier that called for him right) is a godsend. Stayed there 2 nights this week and both mornings getting ready to leave he was out having the crearive parkers move and guiding trucks out that were ready to roll. Whatever that man is paid he deserves more.

We pulled up to get gas on an empty spot and mid way an employee started yelling at us that somebody prepaid that pump. There was no car in the spot prior to us getting there. Once inside they started being rude and aggressive that we took another person gas mins you nobody was in the spot before us??? Oh and get this other person was super nice about it. Like cool we could work it out but this clearly reads that an employee marked the wrong number and it’s our fault. Extra star because the place is clean
