First off, they didn’t fax my prescription even though being contacted TWICE by my other pharmacy. They also do not answer phones EVER. I was on hold for 20 minutes and never got an answer. I’m lucky that my medicine isn’t a life or death medication because I would be screwed. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

They have the absolute service around here!! Not only are they extremely fast and usually have my kids prescriptions ready before we even make it home from the doctor but everyone is always super nice and go above and beyond to help!!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

CVS pharmacy in Stanleytown is a hot Mess. So they let their employees talk to me any kind way and I don’t suppose to defend myself. The devil is a LIE!!!!!!!!! The girl named is Morgan Faith and the lady that would not give me my medicine named was Amanda Wilkerson. Morgan have blonde hair and is young and trying to be tough. She was very rude and was arguing with me. She was very very disrespectful. The manager was also very disrespectful she let her employee talk to me any kind of way and of course she blamed me. I guess because I am black. Corporate will be getting a phone call and Better Business Bureau.

A friend of mine wanted to get her medication with good rx and the lady told her that she couldn’t use it cause it’s at their discretion if she uses it or not then when my friend said she works in medical friend and knows that’s wrong she hung up on her then she called back and asked to speak to supervisor she said no then got hung up on again then called back and the woman that answered as soon as my friend asked again for supervisor she started to get loud with her and pretty much told her she needed to get her prescriptions filled somewhere else and they were gonna call her doctor and move her prescriptions to somewhere else. So if I could give this CVS a zero I would management needs to start firing and hiring some new respectful employees.

If I could give a zero star, I would. The pharmacy team from the manager down is rude. Their behavior is disgusting. They all over talk you, and belittle you. Someone needs to step in and do some firing and hiring with customer service as one of the top skills learned!

Do Not Come Here!! The people can be very rude as well as drive thru is Horrible!! It takes forever and there is always a line of Cars all the way out to the road. This is not okay at all!! Horrible!!

Make sure you do not drop a single pill because you will not get that medicine not a second early, it doesn’t matter if you can have a seizure or heart attack without your medicine. Several of the staff are downright hateful, kinda like you inconvenience them to do their job. If it wasn’t for my insurance, I’d go elsewhere, gladly.

This pharmacy makes things very frustrating. They are not helpful, nor communicative. They blame the slowness on doctors, or insurance, or labels of medicines, or something else, so they can go on and do their job as they disregard the person that is trying to get a medicine filled and the locus of the problem.Once they kept wanting me to pay $700+ when I should only pay $10. Finally after about the 5th time, I caught the manager and he fixed the problem. While everyone else blamed insurance.2 months later (as I am writing this) same circus. Very frustrating, worse than DMV... ha ha

The people are rude and you call the pharmacy and they just keep hanging up on you . I think my family and I will just take are business to walgreens there not rude to the customers and they know how to answer phones. Here's my 2 stars you dont deserve that
