They have a new guy in King William 7-11 He is very nice but unfortunately can’t do anything. We had to have a big discussion on what a big bite was and I’m not sure why he kept asking does it have cheese in it. Anyway I opened and showed it to him and explained what it was with still this cheese question which I said no to. Then I wanted 2 cartons of cigarettes and he insisted on giving me packs. After explaining several times no those are packs these over here are cartons He finally picked up two cartons but by the time I looked in my purse for my charge card and looked back up he had taken two packs out of one of the two cartons and put the cartons back under the cabinet This was a long drawn out ordeal. Then he couldn’t ring up my other items and had to find someone who had to fix the whole mess. Meanwhile the line is growing behind me. Nice guy but he can’t do that job. If I see him again I’m leaving. It’s not worth the frustration and time. Can’t believe I may have to go to Mechanicsville 7-11 to get a carton of cigarettes in the future. Please give this guy an easier job. Cleaning up or stocking shelves etc. but don’t put everyone through that craziness. I’ve heard others aren’t complaining to the right people. I think this guys name is Jacob. Thank you!!!

Usually this is a pretty good Store and operating staff was awesome when I lived here but, I just left the King William 7Eleven but, I just recently left here because the Store looked open but, the Door was locked! I wanted to buy Gas and get 2 frozen meals. WTH?!!!! I passed 2 other customers and was told by one customer that this happens a lot because when the night Clerk is alone she locks the door and leaves the Store overnight!!!! I went back over the the Store once I seen the 7Eleven Clerk walking outside smoking a cigarette! I went in R.K. was the Clerk working tonight he was really nice but, ever since Trish stopped working at this Store it has fallen apart!!!! RIP- Trish you were the best and you are and will be missed!!!! The Manager better get this taken care of bc they paying ppl to work but, they leave the Store all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped to get gas here and the pump was out of paper so i had to go inside to get my receipt. Stepped in and. None of the young ladies working behind the counter had masks on! Also there was a man without a mask standing off to the front counter chatting with the cashier while she rang people up. There were about eight customers in the store and I was the only one wearing a mask.when I walked in it was like the music stopped and everyone looked at me like I was the freak wearing a mask. I will call Virginia department of health tomorrow and report this place this is totally unacceptable especially with the surge in covid cases. Really tired of King William businesses thinking they're exempt from Virginia laws.

I spend lots of money in here between gas and snacks. Today I walked in here needing to use the restroom and they told me it was out of order. So where do the employees use the restroom? Clearly she just did not want me to use the restroom. I will never spend another dollar here.

Cashier, unmasked, decided to give unasked for advice to me, masked customer, regarding said mask. First saying she couldn't hear me because of it. Then, touting that they make people sick, and she won't wear one, hasn't had the vaccine, won't get one and neither would her kids. I told her I am imunno suppressed which she didn't seem to understand. I didn't realize your cashiers have a medical PhD. It did give me a good laugh, however, therefore 2 stars.

Kindness goes a long way, unfortunately the staff here doesn’t realize that. I was using my expired license without realizing and the manager yelled at me infront of the entire store. Little did she know, my new license was in my car and I hadn’t switched them out yet. I’m 20 years old and was treated as if I was 12. There are kind ways to do things, but she was the farthest thing from kind and understanding. I would not recommend going here, especially if you don’t enjoy being yelled at and embarrassed infront of an entire store.

No customers at the counter, except me. It's 9:00 PM, May 5, 2021. Clerk behind the counter in front of me, texting or playing or whatever on his cellphone, while I'm waiting. Finally rings me up, then plays/texts on his phone again, while I pay with debit card. No "thank you," nothing. They can count on my return business...NOT!! Valero is just across the street. At least they talk to you and smile at the counter and I will recommend them in the future to everyone.

New management/owners are garbage, employees are rude and shout curse words at the customers. The food on the grill is constantly dry/old/ hard as a rock like it's been there for days.

I’ve never done a review like this...so bare with me. There are a lot of 7-Elevens...we can all agree to that. But there is something special about this seven eleven which I say is in king William but the internet insists that it is Aylett. Fine whatever, any whooooo, this place rocks. Cool people work there who really care about there customers and make delicious hot and ready coffee, like Kaitlyn and Nick who is Batman...yup you heard me, there are also more, I call him tree of life cause he wears these earrings that have the tree of life. Don’t know his name though, but still... very cool dude. They always have pizzas, and fresh blueberry muffins, and I may have said the coffee but seriously, have you tasted there French vanilla cappuccino or whatever. Trust me that stuff is deeeeeeeelicious. And you can hook it up to. Any way if your in the King William area I highly suggest stopping at that 7-Eleven. To be honest I use to enjoy coming here, BUT now it’s HORRIBLE!! The young lady with blonde hair is rude *mentioned she just started* 🙄 and the dude attitude is out of this world (only to CERTAIN FOLKS like MYSELF) just asking a simple question smh! I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone anymore

I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE! New management and staff have made this one of the worst convenience stores there are. Coffee pots are constantly empty, getting anything from the grill is almost imposable, and they scan the app but charge the full price even when the app tells you it was free. The real shame is that it was hands down the best when the old crew were there but they let the entire crew go all in the same day.

Living in the area for over 20 years been coming here for a couple to several times a week with in the last six months never so disappointed always out of something from a type of coffee, to a sandwich, even Copenhagen. To day 18 hotdogs on the roller. No HOTDOG BUNS..... Oh thank heaven for FASTMART....

I brought a medium cup of coffee, $1.85, which started out to be fine, but when I got down to a little less than a half of a cup, I had to throw it out because there were too many grains at the bottom of the of cup.

The guy running the store took forever ringing up each customer, let my pizza sit in the oven so long the pepperoni turned black, and altogether didn't seem to know how to work anything in the store.
