This was Brickhouse oven restaurant in the walmart shopping plaza, exit 92.. Ashland va. Very friendly staff. Very good pizza.. and was HUGE.. meatlovers , is what we ordered.. south ga doesn't have pizza like this! Lol. Highly recommend this place

Here again to order a cake and it seems like no one likes their job. I really wish the ladies and the deli had better attitudes. Every single time I come to order a cake for my grandchildren they have had an attitude when ask if there is someone to help me. The product is very delicious but the customer service is horrible.

Although this is the better Walmart in this area. The cashier rated herself.. she had to take a case off a movie I bought and when she brought it back to me she reached up on the screen and gave herself a 5🌟 rating.. she did her job with no emotion. I would not call that a 5🌟. There was another younger girl over there who helped me before I checked out and was super sweet and polite. Her I would have gave a 5🌟 not the actual cashier though.. no employee should be touching that screen once we have paid.

No one at any of the registers to scan my groceries. I don't work for Walmart, so I shouldn't have to scan my own groceries, while patronizing your store. Since there were no workers to scan, I left the basket of groceries in the store and walked out.This place is ridiculous!My shopping will be done at Food Lion and Publix. No more wasting my time at this place!

I’ve used grocery pick up about 4-5 times at this store. The only 2 guys that seem to be working this department are nice, however waiting an hour for orders to come out to the car is ridiculous and inconvenient. I could have gone in and did my own shopping in the time I am waiting for a pick up.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever had to deal with, and I've lived in both Los Angeles and Petersburg. They took my money, did NOT deliver my groceries, asked me to pay for the order a second time, and then cancelled the order without my permission when I refused. I fought with CS on 4 separate occasions in the last 14 hours trying to get my order, and they could do nothing. During Christmas I ordered pies for a charity event from their bakery, the pies they sent me had been expired for 3 days when they got here. You will get no apology, if they don't just hang up on you. This store should be avoided at all costs. No one in it cares about you, your money, themselves, or their jobs. There's zero integrity here. I had to threaten to call the police if they didn't either give me my money back or give me my groceries. I think maybe the looters have the right idea.Also, for reasons I can't explain, but found utterly disgusting...three separate supervisors gave me the name and personal medical information of one of their employees and used that as an excuse for why I couldn't get my order. It's been 24 hours now and I've declared war on Walmart. Abandon hope, all ye who enter here.

So rude! Me and my family were shopping here, and a nice lady in front of us let us go ahead of her because all of our groceries were bagged. For some reason, two people that work here decided to stop me and my family. Took me and my family, mind you with a toddler, into a private room. Searched through all our groceries for 30 mins, and for some reason a 98 cent can of beans wasn't on the receipt. Everything was on the receipt, even the guy got upset with my toddler because she was trying to play with the bags because I guess my toddler is a theif. So uncalled for and rude, took all my information for no reason. Management is so rude, disgusting, and disrespectful. My children were so uncomfortable and so was I. I will never shop here again as I worry I may be stopped again for no reason. I would not recommend coming here at all.

I went and got all the items that I needed then proceeded to go to the register. The cashier didn't have a smile on her face and she was not paying attention to her guest. She kept asking the cashier across from her that she wanted to go on her break. She also kept dropping the F word in front of the guests. I was extremely disappointed with the service and she even for got the cheese I bought. This was a total inconvenience because I had to come back to the store.

I ended up at this Wally World location while on the hunt for gumbo file. Although in the next aisle over from where it stated it was in the app, the young lady working in the store was a huge help! Although small, I like the stocked items and options.

The bathrooms were extremely clean. I cam for a late-night run and the cashiers were extremely patient and helpful. The employees answered a lot of my questions that I had about products. The store was very organized and neat.

The pharmacy the prices are great but as far as staff Most of them are very rude.. The pick up department has been good for the most part but there has been Times when I have Gotten back and There have been items missing.

We're from Detroit Michigan so this store is in Virginia we did not know it didn't sell alcohol.....But at this Walmart I found something so wonderful (I'm a popcorn 🍿 fanatic but I love popping my own)I found the most cutest popcorn popper that you can use in the microwave but you are popping fresh popcorn you put the seeds in a little top measure it out dump it in then you put butter on the little top and put it on this popcorn popper put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and you have fresh popcorn popped like at home perfect for someone that is a trucker here's the picture of the popcorn popper.

Clean, great customer service. There's a gentleman that has been working at the Ashland Walmart for quite some time now. Very thoughtful, courteous and a hard worker. I feel that the cart pushers are not given the credit that they deserve. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Easy to find parking. Easy to get in and out of location. Store layout is a bit confusing compared to other Walmarts. Shelves are stocked and they’re is enough cashiers as well as self checkout queues.

As a truck driver who spends alot of money at this location, I find it to be a slap in the face that they all a sudden put No parking over night signs up. I've been parking here for years when I'm passing through Virginia. I've heard of No crimes at this location so why the signs now!? Sad I'll have to shop else where who allows over night parking. Major inconvenience

They lost my order and marked it as picked up. When I checked in, the app claimed I had picked it up. No help from the on-site employee. Could not find any way on the order page to report this. Finally got a refund from the AI chatbot on the web site. I'll pass on the pick-up option from now on.

I come here quite often, haven't had any major issues. Their energy drink selection doesn't seem to be as large as another Walmart I go to, but they do have other items that one lacks. Their staff has always been very friendly to me and helpful though. I know a few of the staff members now, as I've been going there for a quite some time now. There's a particular employee by the name of Mohammed, who I met a couple years ago when I worked night shifts in the area, and he's my favorite person there!! He's always very social, always asks how I'm doing, and genuinely cares. I've seen him interact with many people like that and I just wanted to give him a mention and make sure he gets noticed for his kindness. He's almost the sole reason for the 5 star review, every place needs more people with his humble, energetic, and caring attitude! He doesn't let his disability slow him down whatsoever. A very awesome guy, always look forward to my conversations with him.
