Josie and Lauren are exceptional. I have an elderly small dog and a very anxious large dog and they have done an amazing job building trust with my dogs and me. I feel very confident when my dogs are in their hands. And they are both so personable, we just love them and would never go anywhere else now for our grooming needs.

Lauren was wonderful. She understood exactly what I was looking for Max. She greeted us outside after she had looked through his previous notes on his last grooming. She set up our next appointment which I am truly grateful for since it is currently a problem using the online scheduling.

I was very uncomfortable with the harness around my pups neck. My last fur baby had a collapsed trachea and things like that make me very nervous. She assured me how gentle she would be and she was. Paige was very sweet, kind and sympathetic to a nervous fur Mama who's pup desperately needed a nail trim. We will definitely be going back to see Paige!

We have had a great experience with Petco Grooming. Paige, our groomer has been so helpful with our dog who is very timid of the groomer. She has set up a game plan for her to help her get more comfortable each time we bring her. We truly appreciate the extra care she gives. The texting feature to remind you of appts, etc is great too.

The Ashland Petco is the only Petco that has taken care of my 3 dogs. I went to one other Petco in Richmond but I prefer Ashland the ladies are so good with my dogs and my dogs are very comfortable with them. I wouldn't change location enless the girls left . I would follow them Josie, Lauren, Paige thumbs up.
