I didn't have much money but was looking for a fur baby to have and to hold, the staff was very helpful and made my impulse buy quick and easy, in turn I do not regret it. I love my baby and we are having so much fun, my puppy is smart and learning quickly. ❤️ 🐶

Lost my original dog of 11 years, 5 weeks ago and desperately wanted another to give my love to. Pauleys pups were wonderful. They have alot of puppies to choose from. The service at Pauley’s Pups was wonderful! Mary welcomed us so kindly. she answered all our questions so thoroughly and in depth. The paper work didn’t take long to fill out and we got some playtime with our puppy. Overall I would really recommend this place. The breeders are reliable and trustworthy. They let you meet the dogs first! I would give this place a 10/10 star rating. So so so happy with our experience, highly recommend. 👍

If you are looking for a new fur-baby to add to your life, I highly recommend this place. I bought my first dog, a Maltese, from here several months ago and couldn’t be happier. We bought our female Teddy Bear (Shih Tzu/Bichon mix) from Pauley’s Pups in April of this year. She’s now 11 months old and brings our family so much joy. She’s smart, has a big personality, and has been super healthy. Working with Pauley’s Pups was a very easy process; I would highly recommend getting your dog from here!

I had a wonderful and blessed experience on the day I purchased my totally beautiful Yorkie Poo! First of all, I got turned around trying to locate Pauley's Pups and Norma was so kind by coming out to the entrance so that I would see her. I really appreciated that! I actually talked w/Chuck when they first opened for business so that I could inquire about the Yorkie Poo that was listed on their website. Sure enough he was still available and Chuck immediately removed his picture from the website. Chuck also administered a shot to my puppy so that I wouldn't have to pay for it once I took him to the vet. Thanks again Chuck! Karmyn was nice too and she gave my puppy a bath before I brought him home. The vet today stated that he was a healthy puppy and I could tell that on yesterday when I purchased him! I can honestly say that it is so obvious that this is a business that is ran by Christians and I pray that they will continue to prosper and be blessed always! Thanks to all of you and I'm just loving my Yorkie Poo that I named Jaisie! He is such a sweet and good boy!God bless!

I am so thankful and so grateful for the amazing staff at Pauley’s PUPS. From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Mary was incredibly in helping me pick out the perfect puppy and Chuck is an absolute blessing to this establishment. They happily answered every question that I had and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I wish you all could have seen the look on my daughter’s face when she laid eyes on him…it was pure joy. He is the perfect puppy. She decided to name him Sevyn and he has already stole our hearts. I’m so incredibly thankful to everyone at Pauley’s PUPS for making this experience so great and I encourage anyone that is looking to purchase a puppy to make Pauley’s PUPS your only choice! I could not be more pleased with our puppy, Wicket. He is a dream in every way. So stinkin’ adorable and the sweetest little disposition. I know the price tag is a little high but for us it was totally worth it, with the 10 day guarantee that he’s healthy and vibrant. I plan to get a playmate for Wicket towards the end of this year and I’ll be back to Pauley’s. They were so helpful and thoughtful.I also love the website with up front pricing. You don’t have to call to get the price of each puppy. I really appreciated everything being transparent and easily accessible.I have one comment to make, our vet mentioned that years ago when she would see pups from Pauley’s they seemed sickly. But she said that clearly something changed over there because the past few years she’s seen really healthy and vibrant puppies from there, including our new puppy. She said he clearly was well taken care of and socialized before we got him. She said he was healthy and looked and great. It’s good to hear before we got him he was loved and now we get to give him tons more love ❤️Thank you Pauleys. Look forward to getting another puppy from you in bout a year.

Wonderful staff. All puppies look healthy. My puppy from there passed with flying colors with the vet. I got a male Peke a poo. He is so lovable , happy and very playful. My peke died Dec 1 of 23. I missed him so much. After getting scammed from internet I wanted a puppy I can take home right there. Staff was wonderful. Ashley was awesome. I thank everyone there so much

We were so impressed with Pauley's Pups' facilities from the cleanliness to the warm welcome from everyone we met. All of the puppies seemed to be healthy and happy! And best of all we found our perfect little pup - Ellie - a tiny 9 week Pomeranian who stole our hearts when we met. Our vet says she is very healthy and is adjusting well. She is quite sociable and is eating well and enjoying her new home. We are so blessed to find this sweet fur baby for our family and are grateful to Pauley's Pups for making the introductions! They are great to work with!

I met my puppy in person before making the big decision and instantly fell in love with her. unfortunately I wasn’t able to get her until about a week after seeing her but to my luck she was still there. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, I really enjoyed the entire process when buying her. They also offer financial pay which was also super helpful when purchasing her. I will say that the puppies me and my family have purchased from here have been beyond happy and healthy. We love our puppy and they are so happy to be home.

My husband took me there as we were heading home (to my suprise). The staff was very very friendly. I was hesitant on buying a pup however came home with a sweet sweet shih tzu puppy, we named him Bailey. I’ve been to other pet stores but this by far has been the best one yet. We were given all the paperwork for this puppy, AKC registration etc. Took him to my vet and after being examined I’m happy to report he is 100% HEALTHY!!!!! Thank you’ll so very much. This little guy has been a joy to have in my home thus far 😊

I was searching for a pug puppy and Pauley’s Pups helped me greatly. Mary & Naomi were a tremendous help in the search. They kept me updated and were so kind and encouraging. Finally my sweet baby came in and I was able to pick her up yesterday morning. We have purchased three puppies from Pauley's Pups. Daisy is a min golden doodle, Butch is a Teddy Bear, and Peanut is a Shih Tzu. All three are beautiful, healthy, loving and very well socialized dogs. The store is very clean and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Pauley's Pups. The only negative is they have become so popular their prices are now significantly higher than when we purchased our puppies. The other thing I will say is don't go in there unless you are ready to buy a dog. They have so many cute puppies you will leave with one even if you were not planning to!

In love with my chocolate/tan Yorkie from Pauly’s Pups! The staff were wonderful, and my new dog is healthy, full of personality, and truly the best fit for me. My first impression was how clean the place is! The pens are nice and large and you could eat off the floors. All the puppies were well kept and looked happy and content.As for the puppy we took home? He is fantastic!!! Healthy, as well behaved as a puppy can be 😜 and just the sweetest thing. Update…Luna is now 1 and she is the best dog!!! We love her and she has been an amazing addition to our family!!Everyone was very nice and thorough for our visit and purchase of our sweet chihuahua on Saturday! She is thriving and doing so well. We recently got our second puppy from Pauley’s Pups. They are both healthy happy pups with great dispositions. I probably visited 20 times before I actually got my first puppy. The people there are very knowledgeable and really love every puppy. I have never visited that the facility wasn’t spotless and fresh. They quickly respond to any accidents and keep every puppies area fresh. All of the employees that I have met have been so helpful and informative. There is a lovely young lady there named Carmen who I know answered the same questions ten times or more when I was trying to decide on which breed would most suit our family. She never expressed any frustration or exhaustion from my endless questions! As it turns out I feel like her input was essential and really helped me make the right choices. We couldn’t be happier with our new family members!!

My family and I drove 1hr and 30 minutes to this place and they were super friendly and allowed us to pick out the perfect pet for my family which is a Cavachon. We brought him home and he warmed up to us very quickly. With time and patience he ate, drank water and used the bathroom outside. He is so cute and lovable, and we are ready to spoil him. I've gotten two dogs from here. Always skeptical about getting a young puppy from breeders. I first got a lhasa apso back in the early 2000s. He lived to be nearly 17 and was very healthy. I recently got a cavapoo from there. While she did seem very skinny and timid when I brought her home. She is now very happy and healthy. They seem to treat the dogs right and make sure medical needs for the dogs are met so they can be healthy and happy when purchased.

This was a very smooth and difficult process. Smooth because the ladies were very helpful and patient with me by giving me time to see each puppy & hold the one I had been wanting from online visual. They were very helpful and quick with the paper process as no one likes paper or documents lol. I am happy with my puppy Koda and the staff was very friendly. I recommend! This is the fourth puppy in the family that has come from here!
