Excellent and prompt delivery every step of the way. We have an odd, sloping, wooded back yard that we wanted fenced for dogs. The representative was very personable and quickly came up with a solution then provided a very reasonable quote. Bryan came out to quote and was extremely rude. Called my tree a weed and insulted the two existing fences, which I was replacing. Not sure why a company would hire someone who had no interpersonal skills to meet with potential customers. On top of him being insulting, his quote was almost a thousand $$ higher than two others. No thanks!! Lol. I used Fence me in & was very pleased.

I contacted Minors about replacing the fence at my house. On 5/23/2023, Minors sent Bryan Hofacker to estimate the work. I told Bryan that I was replacing the original fence and would choose a vendor based on cost. He told me that his company would not be the right vendor because they hire their own employees. He said his competitors subcontract work out to “amigos” “without insurance”. As he left, Bryan wished me good luck and said, “I hope they don’t cut anything…”. Bryan acted unprofessionally, and I would not recommend Minors based on this interaction.

My husband and I would highly recommend Minor’s Fences for all of your fencing needs! We recently purchased a home with a decent sized back yard for our dog. Their crews came out and put our vinyl fence up in two days, and it looks amazing! They even made sure to finish it before our scheduled move in date, which was awesome because we needed a safe place for our dog to play during the move! Each time I spoke with the crew they were polite, respectful, and professional. When the job was done, the only evidence of them being there was our beautiful fence! It was an all around great experience, and we will definitely use this company again in the future!

Our second good sized pressure treated picket fence at our second home. Minor's installation crews were great. Always on time and very professional. Overall, the fence quality is far better than our previous one. Gates are all anchored by 6x6's and hardware is superb! My only negative is they didn't put any caps on the posts, and didn't leave enough wood sticking up to easily put one on - just a half inch would have been great. Other than that, only one post in over 70 has developed a crack that will need a bolt and nothing else anywhere after three weeks.

This was my 2nd business dealing with Minors Fences and both have been very positive. This time around, the crew removed my 3 year-old wood fence and replaced with aluminum, maintenance-free, black and very attractive fence. Minors provided exceptional quality and service. You get what you pay for, especially with contractors. The quote came in higher than most of their competitors, however, Minors added value with solid recommendations and great ideas and exceptional service (including promptly returning calls). The level of communication and quality and the wonderful attitude of all of the workers as they built our horizontal fence was well-worth the extra cost to us. Minor himself showed up! Very recently had a fence installed by Minors Fences. I cannot tell you how much of a wonderful job they did!!! I was kept informed every step of the way, not only did they do a fantastic install, they completed ahead of schedule. One thing that impressed me most was during the quote process we discussed the possibility of hitting a sprinkler line which I was fully aware of, with all of the installed posts, only 1 line was hit, they left that line uncovered for me so I could make the repairs. Its little things like this I appreciate, thank you Minor's to you and your crew and their amazing work.

Minor’s Fences were fantastic to work with. We had a unique request involving 2 different fencing products and they made it happen!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even referenced examples of the type of privacy fence we were considering so I could see a finished product in person before making the decision to meet with Bill. The 4 installers were friendly and professional as well. It was evident that they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. They even installed a week earlier than scheduled!!!From initial estimate to installation everything was handled professionally. Minors Fence was highly recommended by our builder and they did not disappoint. We were trying to have our fence installed before our backyard wedding and not only did they accomodate us during a very busy time for them, but the fence they built was beautiful with a beautiful arched gate. On top of that three days before the wedding a neighbor's tree branch fell on the fence and crushed two panels of the fencing--again, Minors made a special effort to make the repair and everything was done before the wedding! Minors was a great choice for us.The salesman came to our home within 3 days of our phone request.He was on time and knowledgeable of the products.We received our estimate within 48 hours and after signing the contract we were given a start date for the project.The installation crew arrived early and completed the job early.They were very professional, courteous and friendly.They were neat and one crew member wiped each and every post, picket and rail of the fencing to remove any dirt or debris.The office staff was always helpful and friendly whenever we called.We highly recommend Minors Fencing.

We had a wonderful experience with Minor’s Fences. From the start, the salesman listened to my concerns about underground pipes and wires, adjusted the quote for changes and then followed up regularly with me. He also thanked me for the business.The office also followed up regularly about the quote, payment, scheduling and thanked me for the business.Part of the reason I signed with Minor’s was I could tell it was a professionally run organization and it showed in all my interactions with them.When the fence was line marked the person heard my concerns with underground pipes and wires and explained everything in detail to me and thanked me for the business. Again, I could tell Minor’s was professional.When the fence was installed on 5/17/18, the project manager walked through the entire installation with me and again listened to my concerns about underground obstacles. He also thanked me for the business. Then the install started and each person on his crew and the second crew working with him that day were professional and treated my property and me with respect.1. They took off their shoes when walking on my hardscapes.2. They continually thanked me for the business3. They worked as teams digging, cutting, installing, aligning.4. They washed off my driveway with water and scrubbed it with brooms to clear it of any excess mud.5. They went above and beyond and impressed me so much.Then I had a slight alignment issue on one gate which I emailed the office about on a Wednesday. First thing Thursday morning they were here to fix it and checked all the gates.Clearly, Minor’s knows what they are doing. You hire the right people, train them well to do a great job and it shows repeatedly.

This is a wonderful company and worth the wait. The installers were meticulous and obviously masters of their craft. Our fence had to be very low to confine our dogs and they actually installed the mesh 2” below the soil line to be extra safe. They were friendly and worked hard. Thank you Minor’s Fences. We’ll be calling you in the Spring to have the second half of our yard done!

The entire experience with Minors Fences was top notch. Our request for a quote handled expeditiously, clear and complete. Once we made the decision to move forward there were three steps: 1. staking for the posts , 2. Installing the posts 3. Installing the fence. All three were handled professionally and cleanly. Cleanly as each steps was cleaned up during the installation and before the crews left the job site - impressive. An finally, the finished product is as promised.
