I've purchased two of Wigzi Dog Reflective Retractable Pet Leashes with 360 Degree Zero Tangle Patent. I'm guessing the first lasted about a year. I really loved the single handle convenience. Unfortunately, after about a year, one of the lock mechanisms no longer would catch. Knowing how this leash really made walking two dogs much easier, I decided to order a second as a replacement for the first. This time though, I did not get six months out of it before the lock mechanism/catch on one side again broke. This did get daily use with two dogs walking twice a day for approximately 6-7 blocks each walk. Both dogs very tame. All in all, love the product but not exactly sturdy. I am now searching for a better made replacement.I contacted WIGZI, the manufacturer directly through their website on July 2023 to take advantage of their advertised 1 year warranty but I have received no response. Crickets. IT APPEARS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I again emailed them on August 14th, 2023, and still crickets.After posting the review, I did receive a response from the owner of Wigzi and then did receive a confirmation email of 1 leash replacement being shipped. Ultimately, Wigzi did replace one of the two broken leashes.
