This is the first time I ever leave a review. Lee, who works in the Customer Service desk, was the worst staff in Target I HAVE EVER SEEN.She was being rude, unwilling to provide assistance and yelled at me like “Why do you come to our store at this time every day” and technically yesterday was the second time I have ever talked to her. Leaving 5 stars because the manager Ashley in the Clothing section later provided exemplary customer service and assisted with a positive attitude.I’ve already filed a complaint with Target Guests Relation. If I do not end up getting a satisfactory response, I will keep in touch with the Guests Relation and post a video about the situation with the recording of our whole conversation starting from her yelling at me and refused to provide assistance.

Love it when a new Target opens! Wide selection of home goods at reasonable prices. I was also pleasantly surprised that they were carrying different products than Harris Teeter which gives us an abundance of choice.I would argue for the entrance on Joyce Street because it allows you to flow directly to the section you need. The entrance opposite Harris Teeter (parking side) is actually the exit past the cashiers and customers service.

Terrible store. Honestly it’s not the staff’s fault, but they’re ALWAYS understaffed. Anytime I need someone to come fix my check out… there’s never anyone to do that, I have to literally go to customer service and ask for someone. The drive up takes 5X as it would had you just gone up and picked up your order. Absolutely bottom of the tier

Small Target located in PENTAGON ROW. Not a large selection of ANYTHING. But at least they seemed to get rid of the Prairie Dresses they had at first. My favorite part of TARGET is the playground! HOWEVER this Playground is just plain SAD. It appears to be an afterthought not a highlight. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. This store feels like the unwanted, red headed, Step child. It is clean, but feels like corporate just threw it in there to make their presence known. This is a VERY AFFLUENT AREA. People love Target cause it is quick and easy to shop in. So why does Corporate seem to ignore it? Stock women's clothes that we might actually wear. I could care less about the groceries. There is a Harris Teeter next door. I want to see more Clothing, Shoes, Home decor, etc. You know, the reason People fell in Love with Target to begin with! Come on Target Corporate folks, You can do much, much better than this. THIS IS THEIR PLAYGROUND!

Convenient location but I would avoid it if you can. Target marks up products by up to 10% sometimes compared to online and full size Targets due to the “convenience” of this location. At the same time, service is FAR worse than full size locations. This is entirely due to understaffing. The entire store is regularly run by 2-3 employees who cannot keep up with customer service, needs on the floor, checkouts, and self checks. Self checkout area is almost always down to 1-2 machines due to malfunctions that staff don’t have time to fix.It could not be more clear that the issue at this location is poor management trying to do things on the cheap. Disappointing, I hope they find competent management soon. If the store is going to suck so much, at least don’t mark the products up to a higher price on top of the negative shopping experience.

The staff is unprofessional! I was so excited to check out this new target in my neighborhood and was shocked to find that the selection was so nice with it being a smaller target. My excitement was soon ruined when I had to ask a pricing question to a team member. Her demeanor and answer to my question was so unclear that I demanded to speak with a manager. When the manager arrived she also couldn’t provide a clear answer and blamed it on target corporation. I will be escalating this to th d corporate office.

I bought a large item at this location. Lucas did a great job of helping me carry it to my car and load it. He was very patient. The customer service here is pretty decent. I have never had any issues. The place appears clean and well run.

This was a great location to add a Target too. Anyone who shops the sales at Harris Teeter will find a better bargain there, but Target is a great option for home goods, clothes, accessories, and other necessities that can't be found in the area. Given that it is so new, the store is very clean, organized and well put-together. It is also fairly quiet, leading to a calm shopping experience.

I don't know what store the previous reviewers we're shopping at, but it wasn't the newish Target in Pentagon City.Okay, it was clean and most of the staff was nice. Fair enough. But even conceding that it's a small format store, it is pretty limited. My hopes for temporarily stocking my home while I wait for my stuff to arrive are not to be fulfilled here. Also, the tiny bags fit for a 7-11 are ridiculous. Even the reusables are fairly small.

I never had a good experience shopping there because of the Worst customer service. The staff is NEVER helpful or welcoming. Even when they come to help they have this unwelcoming face and they don’t even look at you or ask what’s the issue. I kindly said excuse me to the girl working there as I needed her to take off the security tag off a product, she didn’t look at me and she mumbled smth gave me her back and completely ignored me. Seems like they weren’t trained how to offer help or welcome customers. Let alone the lanes never have employees it is always a self checkout. Harries teeter will be my place from now on.

I don’t think the manager Kelsi knows what she is doing. She refused my return when I had the receipt and item thank god I live close to the Potomac yard target where there customer service is excellent.

This is not an enormous size target,however it carries a wide variety of needful things and the staff name Darren is every helpful every time I come in there looking for a item he take me to it location and he a respectful young man and I love his attitude towards customer
