Went in to the urgent care clinic. Kiosk inoperable.Then BOTH of the care providers walked out to lunch while I was sitting there waiting. Way to go, providers.

I had an appointment at the MinuteClinic for today at 10:40 a.m. Got lots of automated reminders and pre-check in requests. Was asked to be there 10 min. early. Followed all instructions. Arrived at 10:30. To my surprise, the clinic appeared closed. There were hardly any employees around (maybe two in the entire store). A sign on one of the doors said the clinic opened at 9:00, but when I checked with one of the employees, she said: "Today is what, Sunday? It probably opens at 11:00." She didn't know what to say when I told her I had a 10:40 appointment. Waited 15 minutes without speaking to anybody else. I may as well have shown up at midnight. If you can't trust CVS to even staff its operations properly, how can you trust them with any health issue? I would never come back here nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I always receive the best service at this cvs pharmacy. They are very attentive and professional. Especially Dr. Negusse and his pharmacy tech Ebony. Also the pharmacist Dr. Jung is also very helpful and professional. I live in Fairfax Virginia but prefer to come to this pharmacy for my mother's and my medications. Very efficient and expedient filling of the medication.

I visited because I needed an emergency refill for my prescription. I tried using the automated phone service to no avail, and called my insurance company to figure out what to do. When I arrived to the store, pharmacist Kaleb was able to help me without contacting the insurance co. again. The wait after drop-off was less than 15 min., and a floor associate helped me find an item on the shelf while I waited. It was pleasant enough, and my problem was resolved easily.

During this period of uncertainty when the pharmacist's time is spread thin it is easy to have an issue. Well I did and their response was amazing. I have been a long term customer of CVS and now I know why. I am an elderly at risk patient with severe asthma. I needed an emergency inhaler and with all of the prescriptions they had to fill they were able to get mine to me. I had to wait, wait, and wait until the end of the day. But, they made sure I got it. They could have easily said no. But they did not.

I went to this Pharmacy on Monday evening, 11/09/2015 to get some medication. There were two women of Asian descent. The younger one was very nice and was trying to help me out, but had some issues because I was not in the system. Then the older woman abruptly interfered and told the younger woman to help someone else. Then the older woman says they don't carry any of my medication. I was expecting her to tell me that she will order some, but she just looked at me as if that was the end of it. I asked her if she could order some for me. She tells me that the person who orders it is not in and will not be in until Wednesday. So I am just sitting there waiting for her to give me options, but she says nothing. I ask her, should I just go to another store? She says yes. What the hey? They don't want my business? I was very chipper and polite. Only when I got home did I think she behaved very unprofessionally. I ended up going to RiteAide and they were very helpful. CVS, I am shocked you let this kind of service go on. You totally lost my business and will be sharing this story every time your store comes up in conversation. I will post this in other places too.

I thought the cashier that helped me was nice and that they have local history books for sale but the more I go to CVS, the less I am satisfied by the experiences.I was so confused as to what things cost. Things were here and there and but the prices posted did not match the ring up price.This one does have Self Checkout which I believe is a plus but of the 4 machines or so they were all card only. That meant I had to stand in line and with Self Checkout that means that they had less associates working.

I only really pick up prescriptions here, and I’ve never been to a CVS with a slower pharmacy. The line is regularly long and slow for pickup. Typical time waiting for a prescription that is already ready when I arrive is minimum 15 mins, usually more. This was an issue pre-COVID and continues.

Worst CVS ever! Purchased an AMEX Gift Card from this store, charged my card for the amount plus the activation fee - and then come to find out that they associate didn't even put the value onto the card, and the manager Mohammed on duty, not only did he come over and say he fixed the issue when I was at the store in the first place, and when I called later to figure out why the value was still not on the card, he was not helpful at all. Do not visit, it's not worth it

I have been to this store twice even though it is not near my house. Everyone in the store was helpful and went out of their way to make my life easier, including minute clinic staff, pharmacy staff, and a man I assumed was the manager. Above and beyond the best drug store and clinic I have ever visited.

Don’t use this pharmacy. Slow, and not organized. I called to confirm it was ready, they told me it was, and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Will not use again.

The photo printer quality is absolutely awful. Three times I've tried to have high quality photos printed and they turn out blurry and unfocused. Their printer is terrible. I strongly suggest to management to get a new printer, the quality of photos is just unacceptable.

CVS is almost always the most expensive, and typically by a large margin. This isn't just compared to Target or Walmart, but they are also consistently more expensive than Walgreens and Rite Aid. I've found this to be true for both prescriptions and non-prescription products.I've had a number of instances when the Extra Bucks I sent to my card didn't show up on my card when I tried to use it in-store. It's super annoying because the Extra Bucks (combined with 20%-25% off coupons) are the only way CVS is even close to price competitive, and with the exception of late-night purchases, the only reason I've bought anything from CVS lately. Instead of bombarding me with a million coupons that I don't want, why can't CVS just make sure the offers they do send me actually work!The customer service at the Pentagon City pharmacy is hit-or-miss. Some that work there are friendly, but I've had others look me in the eye, not say a word, then ignore me for 5 minutes while doing nothing obviously pressing. I've found most of the non-pharmacy staff at this store to be super friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience today Sunday 2/7/2016 while shopping. Employee named "FROZAN" followed me Evey step of my shopping experience and made me very uncomfortable. She stared at me & followed me through every aisle as if I was stealing or planned on stealing. As I was in line, I heard two gentlemen say "I hate when they stare and act like I'm going to steal" and there was "FROZAN" again staring them down. I said "wow she's following u all too, that's ridiculous I don't steal and neverl will". I was so angry and uncomfortable I could barely complete my checkout. At this time the door alarm goes off, the first guy that walked out was A white male & the 2nd girl was An Asian female. I found it weird that "FROZAN" didn't stop them or check their bags even though they set off the alarm, but made it her duty to follow, stalk & silently harass me as if I'm a thiefe. Before I left I walked up to her and got her name and said "I need it to report you for following me and making my shopping experience uncomfortable today". I was almost in disbelief from the behavior of this lady. I remember looking up and seeing her staring me down in the corner as I shoppes for travel items. It was ridiculous & the face that she did the same to, two others who were also offended enough to complain. Never will shop that again and will be explaining this to a manager and in my shopping survey from the receipt

Kaleb from the pharmacy will go the extra mile to help you. I was having difficulty with the CVS app and needed antibiotics due to open sutures after trimalleolar broken ankle surgery. he was a gem in resolving issues with caremark delivery.

I spent 20 minutes trying to ring a shopkeeper to open the cabinet for replacement razors. In the end I had to leave without my purchase, because no one in the shop responded to the PA system and I had no way of picking up the razors without the key.

I was looking for a cream for a fresh tattoo. Asked 3 separate people for help, each pointed me to someone else because “it wasn’t their department”. So in the end, no one wanted to help me.

DO NOT MAKE A PHARMACY VACCINE APPOINTMENT HERE!Only the minute clinic does vaccinations, which the system does NOT tell you when you sign in. Confirmation codes are not valid in the pharmacy here, forcing you to get in line behind everyone else, defeating the purpose of an appointment!!The wait times here are long, so save yourself some time and go to another location.

Made me sign up for a rewards card so I could get an advertised $2 discount then they told me the discount was posted wrong and I couldn’t get it. Useless staff, store was a wreck, and the manager couldn’t have cared less... all for $2. Took so long I missed a bus and got home an hour late.

Whoever does the merchandizing for this store has some screwed up priorities. You're across the street from 2 federal agencies and a giant mall full of retail workers yet you only restock energy drinks once a week. But you have so much liquor that it's in boxes on the floor.

Horrible shopping experience if I could give it one star I would went into cvs to get moisturizer but went straight to the chips for a snack but than remebered why I actuatlly went into the CVS I walked away with no chips proceeded to the aisle with the moisturizer the sales associate came and looked in my purse and I also another sales associate who I guess was the manager came out and said no she didn't pick anything up I would no longer be shopping at this location ever.
