Very clean and we found what we were looking for. The associate was super helpful when we couldn't access one of the refrigerators and was patient when we had questions about some of the items behind the counter.Bonus was that they had the Cadbury eggs out early! I only got one though!

Don't give these idiots your business!! I scheduled an appointment over week ago and they gave away my COVID booster, but still sent me a reminder today to come in for it. I took off work and showed up early and when I arrived, I was clearly on their schedule, but they acted like they had no idea I was supposed to get a COVID shot. When I pushed them for details they admitted "they ran out 5 days ago" but couldn't explain why they didn't contact me to cancel. They were very unapologetic considering their screw up. Apparently, they think you'll just take a flu shot instead if they get you to show up (cause they pushed me to get one anyway). What a joke!!Then I found out a week later at Walgreens (they have boosters in stock) that CVS charged my insurance for a flu shot they didn't even give me and therefore I couldn't get one at Walgreens. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get that reversed. CVS said I was listed as a no-show for the above appointment (a lie) and wasn't charged (another lie), - so I called them out for fraud. I told the the Walgreens pharmacist that CVS was denying it and he offered to verify it again and speak with them. CVS immediately hung up and his screen showed that CVS had just reversed it and he could proceed with the flu shot through my insurance. Unbelievable!!!This location is also very often understocked or out of stock. Don't waste your time even coming here - go to Walgreens or anywhere else instead!

The employees at the Crystal Drive CVS are the kindest and most helpful of any CVS I have ever been to! I go out of my way to visit this location, because my interactions there always make my day!

Amy at the CVS in Crystal City is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had. I have never had a pharmacist go so far above and beyond the way Amy does.I’m not just talking about how she greets me by name, is always polite and friendly, and answers all my questions thoroughly. I’m talking about the way she spends extra time to make sure I’m getting the best care possible. And she treats everyone with the utmost care and respect.The other day, CVS was out of my medication (it wasn’t preordered in the system) and she found two of the nearest pharmacies with the drug in stock and wrote down all of the necessary information for me.All that to say: I am so grateful to have Amy as my pharmacist, and this CVS is the best because of her.Thank you!!!

Never visited the actual pharmacy portion but every time I visit the CVS I am treated by helpful staff. They don't close until 10, except on Sunday when they close at 9, which is nice. Highly recommend coming here for quick trips or small food items, pet food, etc.

Pharmacy closes too early on weekdays. My insurance paid for a $1,440 dollar medication and the pharmacy closed by the time I finished work and got to the pickup window. At 6:59pm they would not give me my medication. Instead of closing early due to staff shortages, please consider automation to dispense refill prescriptions for life saving medications, rather than having patients suffer. I don't need any pharmacy advice, a vending machine will suffice.

I was in Arlington on an overnight trip and had forgotten important medications (Metoprolol & Rosuvastatin) at home. I get my prescriptions filled at a CVS in Williamsburg and the pharmacist here in Arlington was able to check my records and saved the day (and possibly my life as well!) by allowing me to get a 1 day supply without any hassles whatsoever! Thanks a million to this CVS Pharmacy!

Today there was a line at the registers because a customer ahead of me locked out all the self service kiosks. There is typically not an employee at the check out and today they were talking in the middle of the store.When I asked if the machines were now working, “Ken” became argumentative and told me to “shut up” when I asked why he was being so argumentative. He then offered to write his name down, and walk closely by me several times trying to bait me. Poor customer service and selection at this CVS.Carla the manager didn’t seemed surprised as she observed Ken’s confrontational behavior.

I received the worst service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. When I politely approached to inquire about a medication, the staff rudely directed me to ask the saleswoman who was working in the aisle.

This store is new, so I would expect it to be run well. The store is horrible at stocking items, many services aren't supported like passport photos because the employees have no clue what to do. The employees don't know anything, they couldn't even accept cash, they only knew how to accept card. Horribly run store, shop somewhere else. I was there and literally two employees are sitting on the floor chatting about their relationships and seemed bothered by me asking where the chapstick was. Oops shouldn't have asked they only had one choice, the rest of the shelving was completely empty. Only plus is the actual location, everything else stinks.
