I was just turned away by the Pharmacist that wears sweat pants from picking up my prescription (which would have taken just a minute), because they close for lunch. Great customer service!

Best cvs pharmacy location. I have been having prescription and vaccines here for years. staff are attentive especially the leader pharmacist lady, she is acknowledgeable and get things done.

The store location is great, however, we don't find the daily necessities as much as we would like here, besides the pharmacy. They offer food that are on-the-go, however, they seem pricier than other stores. I'd say if you really have a need, you can consider this store.

Around 10:30am today( 3/4/23 )the assistant in pharmacy who picked up the phone did such an awful job. Asking the same few questions 3 times.. refusing to call the pharmacy to transfer my prescription to cvs and refused to give me her name, so I could speak to someone In charge. Worse- She told me to hold and kept me on hold and never came back to the phone. How ridiculous.I also called yesterday evening and they were supposed to transfer my prescription but apparently this girl on the phone this morning claims nothing is there, and refused to help. I have done this before with cvs and with no problem the pharmacist called the other pharmacy.This is quite unfair to me! How unprofessional. If only other people can do the tasks we are paid to do.I will go to Walgreens ! No big deal!Thanks

Lived in this area for over 2 years and I come to this location daily. This morning I was racially profiled and followed around the store. When I asked the guy is there something I can help him with he stated this is his job. He continued to pace back and forth and stare at me as I shopped. In the two years, I lived over NEVERhas any associate done that.

Pharmacy closes at 8pm but it's stated that pharmacy drive-through closes at 10pm which is not true and has to be updated.My baby got sick and husband rushed to drive through at 9pm and it was closed.When I suggested the personnel (older white man) to contact the management to edit hours so others don't have to check google maps, run to the pharmacy, and see it's not working, he said it's not his business and won't even try to contact the management. It felt pretty rude. I'll consider switching to Walgreens which is also located nearby.

Rudy at crystal city VA.This employee was outstanding greeted me when I walked into CVS and she seemed like she was by herself and see what could what was I looking for did I need help I explained that I was looking for toilet paper and soap she told me what all to go to and then during my visit she approached me she said did you find everything and I said yes and then she said well you know if you buy one toilet paper you get the other one very very outstanding very helpfulRudy is great employee

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried calling the pharmacy twice to see if my insurance was on file and didn’t receive an answer. I decided to go to CVS and waited in the drive thru pick up line for 30 minutes just to be told I would have to go inside which I was fine with. The issue occurred when I went inside. The pharmacy technician was extremely dismissive and impatient when it came to putting my insurance in. He also walked away when I was trying to give him my information. Then he repeatedly told me my card was a workmen’s comp card after I told him that it wasn’t. Eventually the information was put in after several times of reading my card information. No-one should feel that belittled or dismissed.

My husband needed passport photos and his passport application printed at midnight in order to make it to his 10am appointment in New Orleans. Rudy and Zach were amazing and helped him out and got everything done in 20 mins. I can’t thank Rudy and Zach enough!

Plenty parking on dedicated lot. Prices are pretty high right now so decided to pass on several items because I could not justify paying what they were asking. Even with many items at buy one get one 50% off, the prices were still double what you would pay for the exact same item at Wal-Mart. See for yourself on their vitamin aisle. I was shocked.

I bought three items few days ago. They charged me too much for two of them, I went back and instead of getting a refund for the amount I overpaid, I got charged again for those two items. When I saw that on my bank statement, I went back, and told them that they charged me twice for those two items. I had to wait for 3 hours to get the money back and didn't even get the simple apology from the manager. Simple we're sorry would do! Lady that charged me twice was keep repeating I did get her a refund I did get her a refund. I guess my bank statement is lying??!! Sometimes you make a mistake and it's a mistake you apologize do the right thing and thats it, no big deal! Sometimes when there is proof from the bank and from their store system that there was no refund is just time to give up! and I guess it's important to be cautious when you're buying things there. Poor customer service!

The store manager named Rudy is extremely rude. I used to be a regular customer there but I refuse to go that store. I had a question about one of the coupons I received which I was unable to use at the self check out place. I asked her for help. Without looking at the coupon, she stated in a loud voice, your coupon is not matching with the items you are purchasing. I read the coupon again and the coupon clearly says I can use it as long as I am not buying lottery, money orders, gift cars or prescriptions. I asked her if she can look at the coupon for me to explain why it is not working. She yelled at me and said, " I don't need to look at it, I am not going to read it, you need to read it." And she walked away. I can't believe the store manager who is supposed to coach his employees to provide good customer service to customer had the audacity to yell and scream at me because I simply asked her why the coupon is not working. I asked another gentleman who was probably a key holder for help. He helped me out and apologized to me for her bebahior. When I was talking to him, she came around and started bickering again. The other gentleman said she was wrong. The reason my coupon was not working because I never sent the coupon to my extra care cvs card. So the store manager was wrong and refused to help me out. Her employees are more knowledgeable with great customer service. She needs to go back to customer service 101 class. Two customers in the store also apologized to her for her obnoxious behavior.

Convenient, convenient, convenient! Great location for a store that has lots of products and services. They added 4 self service kiosks in November '17 to promote quicker service for their customers, and there's an attendant to assist in the checkout to ensure speed and accuracy in the process. Always a great selection of beverages, to include fresh milk! No matter what you're looking for, you'll find it here! A drive-thru pharmacy is a plus!

very poor customer service. can expect to stand at the counter when waiting for photo pick up for around 5-10 minutes. I've ordered prints there 3-4 times and there's always a very long delay while they try to sort through their unorganized piles of envelopes. That's if someone even comes over; sometimes I'm acknowledged but they take five minutes to even get over to me, too busy doing other things around the store.One employee appeared to have been drinking; she sat on the stool next to the counter and I kept getting strong whiffs of alcohol.My experiences at Walgreens have been much better. Avoid thus CVS for photos.

God help if you need to interact with any of the employees in this place. I’m convinced this isn’t actually a store, but is a portal or wormhole access to hell itself. If you need to buy anything that can’t be purchased through self checkout, you’re in for a world of hurt.Advise you just avoid this store at all cost

The pharmacist was rude and impatient. Nothing worse than not feeling well and having to deal with a pharmacies nasty attitude. They have quite the turnover rate because i never saw her before. Otherwise the regular store employees are friendly but parking can be hard depending when you come.

The pharmacy staff is awesome! Rodney and Hasna are super efficient, knowledgeable, have superb customer service skills, and are all around genuinely wonderful humans. I highly recommend using this pharmacy for all of your medication needs.

It’s not the best CVS I’ve visited, but I’ve never had any trouble here. I usually take my time in the beauty aisle as I’m looking up reviews on products, and I only had one weird experience where one of the staff was watching me like a hawk. It’s never a good feeling to be watched as if you’re doing something bad when you’re not.

Every time I come here, and I mean every time, there is a problem. Twice I've come to print pictures from the Kodak machines, first time took me forever because the machines were horribly slow and then to top it off all of my pictures printed with red lines across them. Now I'm back again, and the workers, who are part of the problem because they are just incompetent, are no help. The woman in charge tells me oh I replaced them Friday, but dis one completely dead and dis one I guess we restart. Which, she says, takes a while. Cool. Looks like it'll take me 1 hour to print photos when it should be seconds like at every other cvs who maintains their machines, trains their employees, and hires competent people.

I have been to this location three times to pick up photos I ordered online and all three times have been a disaster. First, this CVS is poorly organized. The photo center is right next to the checkout so instead of having someone working the photo section you have to get in the regular line to wait to check out and then the cashier has to rush over there. The first two times the cashier could not find my photos and just told me point blank they weren't there (so she could move the long line along). I assured her I had ordered them both times and pulled up the order confirmation I received (when you order photos from this CVS they do not email you to let you know your photos are ready for pickup). The cashier eventually found them but was such a huge ordeal. I just went in today and it was the same thing after waiting in line for 15 mins I finally got to the counter and they could not find the photos and evevntually asked me to step out of line. I repeatedly assured the man (who appeared to be the store manager) that I had ordered them and offered to give the order number etc. FInally after about 10-15 mins of trying to find the photos he realized that although I ordered the photos the evening before and it had been over 24 hrs at this point no one had printed the photos (I was there 3 hours after the time I was told they would be ready by). After almost a 30 min wait for all of this I finally got my photos and the "store manger" did not even apoligize or seem to think there was anything wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning here again- there is a Walgreens further away and I will take my business there.

I work at the airport only 2 min away, I leave my house early 345am to make a stop at the 24 hour store and it closed on average 2-3 days a week because the computers are down. This is a huge disservice to the customers. The cars don't even park... just drive thru the parking lot to see if there is a hand written note on the door says the computers are down.

This CVS’s Pharmacy has the worst customer service. The lack of care and diligence at this pharmacy makes it hard to believe they’re actually a pharmacy. Our experience was awful and the pharmacist’s lack of empathy and care is to blame. It’s surprising she’s a practicing pharmacist. Her license should be revoked!

For the past 3 years, I've used this store as my only Pharmacy - ALL the Pharmacists and Techs are A++. They're better than my doctor's office. If I've ran out of refills, need a script rewritten, or any insurance issues - they always work it!! I know Atina and Quhee (sorry if I misspelled) will always take time to fix whatever is wrong!! All the Techs are just as professional, they remember me and my hubby's name/birth date - very personable team, I love the great service here!!!Every time I've ever asked for a refill(s) - by phone or internet, on a certain date/time, my prescription has ALWAYS been ready before that time!! And if there were any insurance issues, they were already working them! [PS - I totally love the email system from CVS. Tells me when refills are due, when refills are ready for pick up etc.]Final silly note - They will often have the BEST sales in town on Pepsi/Coke. Sometimes 3/$10 or 4/$12. I love this store.Only downside would be getting in/out is hard due to location and how busy the parking lot is - but totally worth it!

As a loyal CVS user, this CVS' pharmacy made me seriously consider switching to Walgreen's. I literally consumed an entire candy bar and aged five years waiting in line for a prescription.For such a nice area, I feel the CVS should reflect.

I live in Philadelphia, and was in a business trip to Crystal city. I had run out of a medication which I had not refilled before leaving Philadelphia. So I called this pharmacy and asked if they can help, and they got my medicine ready in just 10 mins. The staffs at the pharmacy were very friendly and courteous.
