terrible, the bathroom says a lot about its people and its workers. It was 10 am and it was the worst bathroom I have ever been in. There was no toilet paper or soap, well the worst thing was that I couldn't even use it, the place made me sick, I spoke with the manager and she told me that they were the clients, which could be it, but it looks like that bathroom hasn't been cleaned for weeks.

I showed up at 8:45 pm. They had their doors locked. There’s were employees inside refuse to open. Will not come back here. This is so stupid. I think corporate should do something about it. If it say close at 9pm then close at 9 Not whenever you feel like it.

While I live within 1/8th of a mile from the Centerville store, I come to this one for several reasons, first, they always have in stock items that are important like paper towels, toilet paper, foil, you get the rest. Second, I'm an adved crafter and they always have a great selection of crafting necessities. I've yet to see an empty hook. They even have stuff that I've never seen at my local store. Staff are always busy stocking, cleaning and ringing up customers. If I ask a question, it actually gets answered. I don't get that far away stare as if to say- I have no idea what your talking about. They actually walk me to where the item is that I'm looking for. While at Dollar tree you ever may have considerable accounts of clutter and items tossed all over, this store keeps up with the disorder as best they can. Customers that drop, spill and make huge messes without cleaning up after themselves takes away from them tending to more important things, all in all they truly do their best. That's why I travel the extra miles, they take pride in their work and seem grateful to have a job.

I was waiting in line. I was second in line. One other person behind me, I had $60 worth of merchandise. Once the cashier (Jessica) finished checking out the customer ahead of me she notice the guy behind me had few things then me and waved him down to come first, he didn’t say anything and went ahead. I was confused at first, then I thought it’s fine since he had fewer stuff. Then while she was finishing him up she notice another customer come into the line but the customer wasn’t quite done, she stop and stared and stalled for a second and then began to ring me up. As if she was about to tell him to come first too. Honestly, I normally would say something but I thought to myself not today. One person is fine, like I don’t mind but it would have been considerate if she would’ve asked me before allowing this customer cut me. She needs to get retrained because obviously she doesn’t understand the concept of how it works for checking customer out. Never going there again.

They don’t have half the items others dollar tree stores have. The store is dirty with boxed items sitting on the floor in every aisle. They never open more than 1 line to check out so expect to wait longer than normal anytime you go. This is without a doubt the worst dollar tree I’ve ever been in.

This Dollar Tree beats the Centreville one! Way more stock variety AND bathrooms that are IN order and aren't locked. Sure stuff may look cluttered but it's because they have so much to choose from. I couldn't find a cart but honestly, that's better because I would have bought way too much. Their storage containers were ON POINT. Also they leave store stuff all over the floor like Centreville. Do customers do that or...? I'll only go to this one from now on.

I frequent this store quite often. I like the wide selection of items to choose from. There is only one issue. The air conditioning occasionally does not work. It's pretty uncomfortable being in this location The heat can be pretty intolerable. It's a wonder their chocolate candies haven't melted. I feel sorry for their hardworking staff. Who have to suffer through these horrible temperatures while on their shifts.It seems like it is filled with boxes. The gals there manage to put everything away. Which means they are selling a lot of items. Because pretty soon afterwards new orders are filling the aisles again. You can't fault them. I think there is very limited space to store products in the back. I'm sure they are overwhelmed. Just be patient.

Is star was very dirty disorganized 4or 5 U-boats full of stock all over the floor. Shells are disorganized no one in customer service items are we looking for which there were several we're out of stock. The floors are filthy this is probably one of the worst Dollar Trees in the Manassas area although the other two I know of are not as bad off as this but are still below standards they are unshoppable.

Had worst experience at this location. Jecinia is extremely rude to customers. They have toilet paper and limit is 4 per person. But Jecinia lies to my face and tells me it’s only 2 per person. I called customer service and they said it is 4 per person at that specific location. Please shop somewhere else and don’t waste your hard earn money at this location.

Dollar tree so I don't expect but can you at least have a cashier available within 5 minutes of my stepping up to cash register and not lie about how long I've been standing there. Also why do they always look like they just got a truck order. Just forever boxes stacked everywhere

Unorganized, dirty, the employees are literally on their phones half the time. The bathroom looks like a disaster the very few I have used it and no longer do cause of how disgusting it is.

I like that everything there is affordable and cheap, personally I think they could clean up a little, like some areas on the floor are dented.
