Jay is the man and his wife Debbe is the bomb! They are the nicest people. They gave us a great tour. Their orchard is 28 acres including 22 different types of apples and 14 different types of peaches. There apples, jams, and apple cider are the freshest top level quality products. They use fish oil instead of pesticides to keep away the bugs. You have the option to purchase the very reasonably priced apples by picking them off of the trees yourself or those that they've already picked.You have to check this orchard out if you're in the area.

We have been going to this orchard for years and have always enjoyed it. Sadly, since the owner’s passing, the orchard has been neglected, and nothing was mowed or maintained. The people working there did not know which apples were ripe, and we left feeling very sad that this magical place has been left to rot.

Remote orchard with multiple varieties of apples, and summer fruit. Run by a friendly old couple with reasonable prices $10 a bushel of apples.Fun to drive up to each row of trees or you can meander the hilly terrain.Varieties are fairly well marked and you are provided with hand tools to collect the apples and baskets. Not much else to do besides pick, but they are delicious and fresh. Make sure you wash before eating, as tempting as it is to much right off a tree!Dog friendly so bring fido to run along through the orchard on a leash.

We had an awesome experience at Windy Hill. The owners were very nice and the apples are delicious. Also had great prices on bushels. I would recommend them if you are looking for something to do outdoors with the family. We will definitely be back!

The owners are wonderful, it was first time there and they treated us like they knew us our entire life. Amazing apples, would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to pick there own apples, a great experience for all!

Awesome place to bring the family and pick your own apples, peaches and other items. A Virginia Century Farm, family owned by Jay and Debbe Noonkester. Great, hard working couple! Been visiting for 14 years now and the prices can't be beat!

Agree...the orchard has been neglected and was a big disappointment. Apples were marred, hard to find half decent ones as many rotting on the trees. Needs an owner that know how to look after it.

Ran but a husband and wife and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. They have a ton of different apple varieties and it's a pick your own!! A great experience for your children.

I did like the matsu apples but went too late in year to pick apple. This orchard was pucked clean

Pick your own or they have them picked. Clean orchards. Very friendly owners. Apple cider fresh made. Beautiful area.
