Customer service is excellent at this location, have never had any kind of problem with the customer service here! everybody's always smiling and willing to help, very friendly! To me all tractor supply companies are kind of pricey but for feed and chicken supplies, for the convenience location and price, this is my go-to store!

Store may not always have everything that the website says it has in stock. But staff is always very helpful and very accommodating. Out of all the Tractor Supply‘s in the area they usually go out of their way to try and help you solve your problem or find The items you’re looking for.

Customer service is great. I've only found that one of the managers wasn't too knowledgeable so I just avoid asking her anything, but everyone else I've dealt with was extremely helpful. The only problem with this TSC is that it's a small and a lot of times they are out of stuff that I need.

I didn't find beetle bags and the beetles are back in droves but it does say this place is for supplies that have to do with tractors, so... anywho, the baby chicks were really cute! My baby didn't want to leave them.

Did not have a good experience at Tractor Supply today. Went to the Tractor Supply in both Appomattox and Madison Heights Virginia. Researched online before we went and both stores said they had the item in stock that we wanted and both stores did not have that item. Not to mention we live in a rural area and had to drive an hour to these stores. This proves you cannot trust the Tractor Supply online stock information.

The best customer service i have got in a very long time. David found a copy of a receipt for a trailer i had purchased 2 months ago and faxed it to the DMV for me. I was really in a bind and he really came thru for me. the next available appt was over 3 months. without him i could not have got my tags. Thanks David.

Terrible. It wasn't the fault of the poor clerk, but they only had one peon working the register and she was doing her best to provide good service, but after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I just left. I will shop other Tractor Supply Stores in the future

Does anyone at Tractor Supply understand why we buy pine shavings...??? It’s for “DRY” bedding! How can it be dry when it comes from Tractor Supply wet?? At $5.99 a bag you’d think y’all might figure out a way to keep it underCover! Done! I’ll buy it somewhere else.

Great place to run into to pick up feed for the farm animals! Not a lot of help loading the feed, but for a quick stop for a few bags to hold you over...priceless!

Poor selection, looked for children's boots. They only had a couple. Poor selection. I ended up getting them from Amazon.
