Look it pains me to do this because I've supported this business for over 5 years now and took up for it over the massive Starbucks but this isn't it anymore. I go to get two coffees and one being an iced cozy campfire. The iced coffee was very bad, as in so milky you couldn't taste coffee or flavorings. I was told that I have to pay for another coffee for it to be remade because it was "made properly the way it's supposed to be". Really? So I have to pay for your mistakes or because the mix was bad? Really? This is something that Starbucks won't do to you and if it happens corporate will make it right. This is so sad because I come here almost everyday. I spend typically 70+ dollars a week here but now I nor my GF will be coming back ever again. I will not support a business who treats their regular customers or, any like this for the matter ever again. You should absolutely never charge a customer for something you messed up or just didn't come out right. I'm done with this place. It's clear nobody cares about their job, the customers or quality of their products.

We visited 2/13 and purchased a iced mocha and it had a full rich body flavor and was delicious on the other hand the cinn city cinnamon roll was like eating rubber it was marked c 2/16 which I'm thinking meant sell by this date the young lady in Appomattox must have warmed it up to long because it wasn't edible we tried to eat a couple bites and ended up throwing it away. Save your money and just purchase the coffee. Kinda disappointed because it was a waste and we had hoped to like it as we had never tried anything other than the coffee.

This is a neat little place with a lot of character. I love the drive thru. They were super fast making our coffee drinks and they were yummy. We would return here again!Wheelchair accessibility: It can’t get any easier then not needing to get out of your car!

(You know who you are💯)💕 you AMAZING ladies- Vanilla Nut Lady 💕☕💯🙏😍Vegetarian options: Macha Tea, Chai Tea, honestly they're both not my style but worth the try!!Dietary restrictions: If you tell them when you order, they will take care of you!Kid-friendliness: They even have the best kids menu! I don't order from it often because I don't like my son to have a lot of however, I have some really good stuff on there that he likes that's not loaded with it!

Quick and delicious! They have a ton of syrup flavors and the espresso is great. I stopped here while visiting Appomattox, but if I were local it would be a daily visit! The staff are super friendly too.

We ordered for the whole family as we were passing through. Cold and Hot. Everything was delicious! My daughter and I LOVED that our hot mochas were the perfect temperature (not so hot that it is scalding your mouth but the perfect hot that you can drink immediately)! We are so disappointed that we do not have one closer to us in SW VA/NE TN! Thank you for an AMAZING coffee experience! We will be back!

Very Friendly and helpful staff that can help you find the perfect drink. They are always made correct, and in the off chance that there IS something off with your drink, the staff will always be happy to make it again. In some ways, this is better than Starbucks. Great Express Coffee shop.

This place is absolutely amazing! The lattes always taste great and are mixed perfectly and the lady that always waits on me at the window is so helpful and full of recommendations for great drinks that fit my diet! I am so pleased with service here that I have drove from Amherst to Appo just for coffee!

Be careful if you ask for a coffee with cream and surger because you might go into diabetic comma. Very good coffee, staff seems always very friendly. Smoothies are very delicious. Snacks are good too.

Excellent coffee , better than chain coffee house, hands down, Everytime. Usually staffed by college/highschool aged students that are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. There is no pretentiousness here. The baked goods are absolutely delicious! The pumpkin choc chip muffins are my favorite (wish they had them yr around!)Worth noting is that I most always have my Pug with me- he knows immediately when we pull in for coffee because they always have a treat for him and when they realized he couldn't eat the hard milkbone treats, they started giving him a tiny cup of whipped cream to enjoy! I would say this is customer service x10! The coffee is great but the friendly customer service is exceptional and what keeps me coming back!

I love Joe Bean's. The muffins are hearty and moist. The Harvest muffin (carrot cake) is my favorite. I love that their products are fair trade and mostly sustainably sourced. I tried a frozen chai for the first time and I absolutley loved it!

Joe Bean's has the best selection around. You can get hot or iced coffees, hot or frozen hot chocolate, fruit smoothies and just about any flavor add in you can think of. They have special drinks for the season and always have Cinn City pastries on hand. The drive up service makes Joe Beans extra convenient!

I love Joe beans. Their jasmine green tea is awesome for stomach aches and their caramel macchiatos are awesome hot or cold. I would say their cinnamon buns are awesome but I'm not the time that likes a mushy center..... they are by far better than Cinnabon tho and I like the outer layers...Ps. They are best heated up.

Joe Beans use to be a great addition to Appomattox. A drive-thru coffee shop?!? Yes, please! But, recently they hired people who have no idea what they’re doing. Nothing is consistent! When you ask them to warm the muffins up, it’s not warmed. I also asked the lady to get me a Raspberry Frappuccino the other day, and she gave a raspberry smoothie instead. I told her it wasn’t a Frappuccino and she said that’s how they make it now....Customer service is always first to me. I’ll just wait for my coffee run until I get to STARBUCKS....Horrible Experience on multiple occasions!! Waste of money....😡

1st this place is the best fast and friendly My wife is a travel nurse so I know the importance of the front line so we were in line on one side and there was a officer in line on the other my wife had payed and gotten a free coffee stamp for next visit she wanted to give to the office when he got his coffee well for one its supposed to be the next visit but they did it anyway 😀and they were thanking her like it was them that was getting the free coffee great place
