Went to the drive through and had my food before I got my card back. Hours old and almost room temp coffee, hash browns were decent, but not hot either and 2 chicken sandwiches I got were cold, oily and one of them looked like it had been reheated at least once, and the other was reheated multiple times or they were both just left in the deep fryer. I was gone before I noticed, and I have never in my memory gone back to a restaurant for a refund, but I turned around it was so bad.Cashier at the front did a refund with no questions. When you pay 16 bucks for a medium coffee, hash brown and 2 chicken biscuits at fast food, it starts not being worth it to even stop in the first place.

Went there this morning to order breakfast. The lady at the drive thru was rude. No smile no greeting, took my debit card which had a crack in it and made a huge deal about it. She handed my card off to the manager who took it and handed me my card no thank nothing just walked away. The drive thru employee shoved the bag in my face and shut the window. I felt disrespected and will be calling corporate. I will not go back until this problem is rectified.

Food was ready quickly once the cashier got someone to show her how to ring it up. Breakfast was good as far as taste the new candied bacon is fantasticDining room looked like it hasn't been given more than a wipe down with a damp rag since Bush was in office and the sweet tea tasted like the carafe hasn't ever been cleaned. Still all in all a decent experience and good quality food for a fair priceParking: Lot is oriented very oddly and very difficult to safely back out of a spot

Lady at the window couldn’t see her name tag because she had it flipped. The receipt says Eva but I’m not 100% sure that’s who it was because I know people use other coworkers numbers but all I can identify her is with a black mask under her nose. But she was extremely rude to me for no reason. I forgot my wallet at home so I had to ask POLITELY if they took Apple Pay, the lady proceeded to do the biggest sigh and said “YES” rolled her eyes and snatched my phone from my hand. Then still had the audacity to practically throw the milk and drink in my hand! I know we have our bad days but just for a future reference don’t treat every customer RUDELY!!!

I always use the drive-thru here and I typically get a pork chop and gravy biscuit. I only come here probably twice a month but it's always great every time my order is accurate and hot and quick! Thank you Hardee's!Parking: Plenty of room to park however the entrance to the drive-thru is a bit tricky with a larger truck.

Okay so I went there just a few minutes ago woman at the window was so rude didn’t be respectful I don’t know who goes there in morning but I recommend nobody too go there I never met someone so rude in my life and disrespectful I will be calling the manager to make a complaint very much not nice , was in such a rush didn’t complete my order all the way and said she could add on my oder at the window I never met somebody so hateful and unprofessional I will make sure this get addressed because that was so ugly

Server was rude, waited 10 minutes for my food, which I'm ok with if it's fresh, but it was not. My burger was cold, wet and soggy. The paper around the burger was actually wet like it was dipped in water and there was a hair on it as well.Chicken was incredibly burnt and tough as well as greasy and the grease/mayo combination on top made a disgusting gelatinous blob making the entire meal inedible.A stray cat wouldn't eat the chicken however, she did enjoy the soggy burger patty.I'm sure this sounds fake, I just want to warn anyone who isn't aware.I don't ever expect excellence from an Appomattox Hardee's but I do expect an edible meal after a long day
