I absolutely love this location!! I do not get to go often but stop anytime I'm in the area. Both employees and other patrons are very nice, service is fast and the food is always made correctly and delicious. The employees really care about customers and making sure they get what they want and exactly the way they want it. They have plenty of seating and one of those multi-selection touch screen Coke machines. Did I mention I love it here?

Dairy queen remains a good place for treats but the service at this particular dairy queen is sub standard. I went with coworkers amd 3 of us got the sauced and tossed garlic parm straps. Sounded great, the sauce was just drizzled over. While we were eating the staff had no other customers to wait on and just stood around staring at us and making comments to each other. Guess if I'm gonna spend what is now regular restaurant pricing for sub standard food then I'll just start eating at business that appreciate our patronage.

We have stopped at this DQ location for many years since the mid 70's traveling to the Petersburg VA area to visit family. We Stopped there today just wanted to give out a review The young lady at the cash register was very friendly and Helpful. We got the double cheese burger without cheese combo which comes with (Hamburger Fries and drink). Mom get large order of fries and medium-size Hot Fudge Sundae and water. The food was ready very fast and everything was Very Hot and Fresh. And very good. The restaurant was very clean. As well as the restroom. For a restaurant that has been in business this long and still going strong they must be doing things Right.

I've never waited in line here. It has a cute spoon handle on the door. I've only ever ordered ice cream and used the bathroom. There's not much to say besides it's a pretty standard establishment.

Has a drive thru option. Although I went inside. The young lady who took my order was very patient with me, gave me suggestions, and answered my questions. She answered a question even after I had paid and got my order. She went to find out the answer and returned to tell me. That was very professional and that means a lot to me...the customer.

My grandson and I decided that we wanted some ice cream and decided on this particular Dairy Queen restaurant. We each got a blizzard, and they were delicious. The staff are friendly and the men's restroom was clean.

Well I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. This black guy who works there simply isn't very nice. He got mad when I came to pick up food and had to put another order in because the app doesn't have the 2 for 5 and things like that. Not only that but they (he) didn't give me my extra toast I had to pay for (over $1 which is crazy for toast) and the food was over cooked and just bad. I called the next noon at 12 and guess what? They literally don't answer the phone! It rang a few times and was forwarded. What's the point in a phone then? For when the owner calls? Like why? So I wasted my 13 dollars. Thanks for that.

We found staff to be very considerate even offering to bring sundaes to the table sfter we had finished the meal ordered. There is plenty of parking and the facility is clean plus they accept cash!Parking: All around the building.

Great location! I went alone with my 5yo and 1yo twins today and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful! The food and ice cream were good, but I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff.Parking: Parking was very open and easy to get into and out of.Kid-friendliness: Mostly very easy to get to and maneuver even with full hands.

I only gave them 3 stars because our food wasn't right. We asked for no pickles and they put pickles on the hamburger. Then they didn't give me marinara sauce with my cheese curds. Then we ordered ice cream. My thin mint blizzard wasn't throughly mixed. It was green in the top but half way though to the bottom had none. Oh the sweet tea taste like unsweetened tea. I took it back and got something else.

I would not recommend this place. We placed our order through drive thru and it showed 1 price but was charged another price. I informed the young lady who took the money and she said the price she rung up was what was in her system so I called cooperate and was told I would receive a check in the mail for the difference which wasn't much at all but it was the principal of the matter. That's been almost a year ago and I have yet to receive it. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!Update: The franchise owner is the one that told me they would send the difference but never sent it.

We ordered got to window and paid for it! It took 45 mims to get our food then once we got it the fries were cold. Then the bread on the Burgers was old . Then it was all Nasty thru away a $40.74 order. Will never eat there again. The only thing that was good was the ice cream and blizzard we got.

The chicken and fries were pretty good. The toast wasn't very good and the gravy tasted like it had been in the Styrofoam container for awhile. I asked for sweet tea with my combo and got a soda. The staff was friendly.

First of all, we spent over $30 for a couple of burger combos a buster bar, and a small blizzard. To be fair, they were build back better combos. Everything was ok at best. My burger bun was so stale it crumbled. This caused it to be terribly messy. After we were done, I politely told the lady the bun was stale. She snapped at me and argued they are not stale. I wasn't asking for a refund, or causing a scene. I told her the burger was otherwise ok. I just wanted to advise her she may wanna check the buns they are using. I'm not arguing. I'm out. Free advice; go a few hundred feet down the street and get similar quality, half the price, and potentially friendlier service. I won't be back.

We ALWAYS are delighted to see a DQ when we're traveling. This Dairy Queen, although it had a lot of customers when we were there, served us our favorite ice cream treats quickly and politely. Yum!

I think we arrived about the time the store opened & one car was already waiting at the drive-thru window. The first car took a few minutes to get their food but the drive-thru caught up pretty quickly. The drive-thru cashier was very friendly and courteous. My cheeseburger was delicious but the fries weren't; I ended up throwing them away because they tasted too greasy. I would definitely go back. I love a good cheeseburger!

I highly do not recommend ! 6 piece chicken 2 kids meal that came with a cheap fry and the other a spoiled banana and a 2 for 4 deal came to $32 and some change we asked for one honey mustard to go with the chicken and was told no our policy does not allow that! I may be wrong but I feel as though for $32 we should have gotten one damn honey mustard! Food was cold and not tasty at all..

The drive thru was lined with cars, they were working with only 1 register, and I just want to say, they did an amazing job! Staff was still polite and efficient! Our Blizzards were tasty as ever!

Pulled in before the business closes at 10pm and was told they were closed. Meanwhile there another vehicle in the line that did receive service. When i asked why the lights were still on I was told they keep the lights on until they leave! So you need to keep the lights on the sign and in the drive thru until you leave? No, I think not ……. They closed early and refused service! Bs excuse not to serve a customer.

We were headed home from vacation around 9:15 but still needed to stop and get our four children something to eat for dinner so we stopped here. We were greeted very rudely by the manager like she didn't like us being there so late and then when we asked if we could get our daughter just a grilled chicken breasts by itself because she has very bad allergies to wheat and dairy, we were told a very rude no by the manager. Actually the manager never looked directly at us or spoke directly to us, she spoke to the cashier. Why they couldn't just take the chicken breast and not put it on a bun, I do not know. And we were willing to pay the same price for it. We love DQ but we will never eat at this one again.
