My first time here and I will definitely be back! I had a BLT w/egg and Coffee with sugar free carmel & sugar free brown sugar cinnamon. Delicious food and my coffee was amazing!! Everything was so fresh! They even wrapped up half of my sandwich for me to take home. The owners were super nice and friendly. I love love love the decor here! I will definitely be coming back!! Me and my friend like to meet up for coffee. We decided to try Appalachian Mercantile so we could have a place to sit and chat. Our usual is Starbucks at foodcity and set in the car. The breakfast bagel we got was yum and the mocha Frappe was the best. Starbucks don't have nothing on their mocha Frappe . This place is where we will get our coffee now.

Had the BLT, but, added egg, it was delicious and they weren't skimpy with anything either, fresh, made to order, with the house coffee and it was excellent. Great atmosphere as well.

Good coffee, good food, great service! Update: some menu changes and a small stage was put in for live music on Saturday evenings. Still great coffee, food and service. Good to see a small local business being successful.
