They're quick and efficient. Shelby is amazing with my fur babies. We've been using her now for 2 years and she will trim the nails (charged) in between services. We have 2 pampered pooches that require heavier maintenance than the regular household pet so we always schedule the next appointment before leaving when we pick them up from the present appointment being done. She always does the best cut we asked for because depending on the season we asked for different things and lengths of trimming around the face, the ears, the paws, tail, and the body. 1 of the dogs really is quite hard since he's 5 pounds and cannot be moved in specific areas or ways. Both of my furry friends absolutely love going to see her and I wouldn't have it any other way

Love the atmosphere. The groomer is very loving towards my two dogs. I am very satisfied with the service my dogs received. My Teddy and Piper are always calm and happy after their grooming and that makes me happy.

I would follow Shelby to the ends of the Earth to groom my furbaby. She is the best! The animals are in wonderful hands with her. She is an amazing person and extremely talented in her profession.
