We brought in our 5-month old puppy for his first professional grooming and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Communication with me was clear, from pricing, discussing grooming preferences such as fur length, and providing me with an estimate of how long his grooming appointment will be. We are absolutely impressed by Brian’s professionalism, his patience with our puppy, and his grooming skills.

Petco isn't my favorite place for pet supplies over all. The best thing they have is the bulk grain free cookies my pups love so much. Otherwise I'd prefer to go to Petsmart or even target for treats

Brian has been taking care of Polar for years now. Polar is the sweetest but does not do well getting his nails clipped period. Brian just has a magical way with him and he always cuts/ buffs Polar’s nails as short as possible in the safest way. It’s always fast and so easy with Brian I can’t express how appreciative i am for him! Petco has raised prices for grooming but I will always go just because of Brian. Petco is lucky to have him and so are we.

after grooming my puppy white eyeball was red, they says because of stress, I think they push my puppy eyes and head when they do nail clip, they don't tell you true why dog eye ball is red. very bad experience , don't give them your pet. don't trust them!!!

The groomer Brian is outstanding. My little Yorkie, Bella is almost 2 years old and she had some bad groomer experiences as a puppy until we found Petco and Brian. She is skittish and he makes her feel safe and have enjoyable visits to the groomer. Brian also recommends great products that have helped with her coat and matting. I am grateful he is very calming and gentle with her. I would strongly recommend Brian and Petco to others!!!

Marie did a wonderful job with my Rough Collie. She was great with communication. It was his first time going to a groomer, so I was a little worried. He turned out looking and smelling great. Definitely will be going back again.

We rescued a pit bull/boxer mix when he was a year. He was obviously abused as a pup and abandoned. He gets fearful easy when away from the family, even as far as urinating and is fearful of water. Marie and David did an outstanding job calming him down during the grooming process. Marie was very nice, even asked questions before and after. I will definitely be going back to the grooming salon again with him.

I love Brian who usually grooms our dog but Marie filled in because Brian was injured. Marie did a great job as well. Always take great care of our dog and she always looks great!!

MacKenzie is far and away the best groomer I have ever come across--and that is quite a few groomers because I have a 15-year old shepherd mix, and we've moved around a lot. MacKenzie is gentle and develops a quick rapport with dogs. She is extremely thorough with all aspects of the grooming--ear cleaning, best nail trimming/buffing ever, and deep shampooing even with a thick undercoat. My dog comes out of there sleek and shed-free. I can't say enough about how professional, proficient, and exceptional MacKenzie is!

Brian is excellent with Abby. As my husband & I are empty nesters, Abby is our baby. Finding someone who is able to handle Abby is easy but not everyone can give her a good bath much less brush her teeth. Abby isn’t afraid of Brian. And that’s a good thing.

I have always had a good experience at Petco grooming, but Marie goes above and beyond to relate to my shaking quivering dog and make her (and us) special. I am certain she treats all her clients (2 legged and 4 legged) the same, but when you are with her you feel like you are SPECIAL!

Brian was so kind and gentle with our boy Beo. Beo had just come into our care the weekend before, so had a lot of grooming issues. Brian did a great job and helped with an ingrown nail. I could tell he handled Beo well because Beo kept wanting to hug him before we left.
