Highly personable staff, from my salesmen Matt, to the sales manager and the man who appraised the value of my trade in.I purchased a 2021 Titan, after driving two hours to Amherst, Virginia. The price of the vehicle was precisely as advertised, the value of my trade in was congruent with current market. The vehicle I purchased was well serviced, presented professionally and priced below market.There is a nice waiting room with some amenities for customers as well.

Started at a big name dealership in Richmond and had the worst experience of our life and ended up at the Virginia Auto Outlet. From Quincy in sales to Robert in finance, everything was extremely pleasant and easy. They valued our trade appropriately and we were driving off the lot in about 2 hours with the exact vehicle we had been looking for for weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the drive from Richmond to Amherst to have the easiest car buying experience of your life. No haggling. Salesman are paid on salary so they are customer services based and not focused solely on commission. Forever customers.

Sydney and Robert got me into a car I wanted and with the payments for my budget. Their fast friendly service is awesome!It was no pressure to buy and they actually listened when I expressed concerns of having my credit shopped around. They only did what was necessary in finding a bank for me.Sydney let me test drive several vehicles over the course of a few months until I found the fit for me. I greatly appreciate that! Lots of them looked good online but when I sat in them they weren’t for me. She was ever so patient while I was deciding on what I wanted.Robert only sent my info to the banks that he said he would, and that is much appreciated too. I have had several experiences where I got 10 plus inquiries from one car shopping experience. His knowledge of where to send someone with my credit profile was top notch!

Bought my 2018 Charger from VSA and had a great experience. Once I decided to purchase my car, I told them I had to be at work in an hour and that I couldn't be late. I was out of there in about 50 min. They had time to go fuel car up too. :-) I highly recommend them!

This was the best vehicle buying experience! First, Sydney was responding to emails and messages answering questions etc..she even responded after hours to ensure my husband questions were answered. Top notch customer service. Next, Chris is an awesome sales manager. He assisted my husband with the financial aspect of this process. He was forthcoming about what he had been approved to take ownership of the vehicle. Lastly, the other Chris made this an even better process by answering questions and providing insight about the paperwork. This place it the best!

Wow!!! 🤩🤩VA auto select was amazing!!!Great deals and amazing customer service from everyone!!! Emily took her time with us and made us feel so comfortable buying a car from them! Also I was very happy that they mentioned the GAP insurance when Hyundai dealership did not do that! Easy to work with and didn’t feel like they just want your money like other dealerships. Came here to buy a car and had a terrific experience! My sales rep, Emily, was both professional and fun and kept me up to date on the cars I was interested in. The rest of the staff were just as great, even working past closing time so I could drive home that night! While I was there I saw a particularly rude customer and the staff were very professional and courteous to them. I will definitely be telling everyone I know that they NEED to buy a vehicle here!
