Very small yet busy location. Have had to return a few times for wrong order and very sloppy burgers unable to hold them to consume before they slide apart. Best at breakfast options.Dietary restrictions: I get sugar free iced flavored coffee. Really good.

Asked for a gallon of sweet tea and waited long enough, finally got home with a gallon unsweetened tea. Guess the ripped label should have been a red flag, didn’t realize the lengths instead of just telling me you didn’t have any. Thanks idiots.

I paid at the first window, declined a receipt, the pulled to the second window. I was handed my drink then was accused of not paying at the first window. The employee kept saying I didn't pay until I showed the transaction on my banking app.Really don't appreciate being gaslit into thinking I didn't pay.

This place was very busy with a long line for the drive through. So I went in. I was greeted cheerily by Shannon who got the order right the first time. While I waited for the potatoes to be cooked I noticed all the staff keeping busy. Stocking supplies, mopping. Whoever the manager is seems to have pulled together a strong team. Both breakfast sandwiches were great. They hadn’t been sitting around getting dry. So there you go!

These last few weeks the service has gone downhill. The weekend before last I got a medium coffee with cream, sugar, and vanilla syrup, as well as a large black coffee. They put the vanilla syrup in the large black coffee and not in the one with cream and sugar.. they had it right on the sticker on the cups though.Then last week I got a medium hot mocha and it tasted like it was 90% milk and was an off white. I took it back and got it remade and it wasn’t much better but it was drinkable so I accepted it.Then today I go and get my usual medium coffee 3 cream 4 sugar 1 shot of vanilla. There’s no sugar in it, which I didn’t discover until I was 30 minutes away when it was cool enough to drink.Generally I also noticed the iced coffee is consistently weak so I just stopped getting it there.This has been my go to place for my daily am coffee but I guess not anymore because I’m tired of spending money on things I have to throw away

i walked into the store and an employee (a janitor im guessing) said hello to me, i didn’t hear him and then a few seconds later he walked up to me and said VERY rudely “I said hello to me and you didn’t say anything back, i don’t have to talk to you.” I tired to explain to him that i didn’t hear him but he proceeded to go on his rude rant after that as an employee and a GROWN man should you not be acting like that ..next time speak up if you want people to hear you when your greeting them.

Great customer service from my the manager. I ordered and paid for a latte. When they went to make it, the machine was in "clean cycle" which apparently happens after so many specialty coffees have been made. Takes ~20 minutes.The manager was very nice, apologized for the problem, refunded my money and gave me a free iced tea. No excuses. Just did her best to make it right.McDonald's corporation should find a better way to manage this.

This is a very small location. The bathrooms were not the cleanest when I was there. The location was full of people, but that isn't saying much considering the size. People were all squeezed in just trying to place their orders.

This is a newly renovated mc donalds. I have only tried the drive thru but the rest of the store looks alot better. The staff was friendly and the food was served hot and fresh

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff serviced only the drive thru and never acknowledged we were waiting for service. She then turned around and pointed to the kiosk and said, "You guys don't know how to use that?" We're from out of town and didn't know about this. No apology, no acknowledgement that we were ledt hanging. The food came: egg mcfuffin was stale and hard, hash browns were soaked in oil. Not worth the wait at all

The parking lot is still too small makes for a long wait. Paid almost 8 dollars for a value meal half a box of fries chicken deluxe full of mayo very little tomato pickle it’s cleared the staff there does not take pride in their work won’t waste my money there again

We do not eat at McDonald's often, but needed something to eat for a road trip, so we stopped. Food came out fast curbside and our order was not quite right. I went back in and chatted with the manager about the error. The manager was really nice and accommodating. She spoke to the employee that made the order and the employee acknowledged her mistake and put the order together correctly. I was impressed at how well everyone worked together and communicated.

Went thru drive thru got combo and chicken biscuit paid with card. Did not get receipt because never had to. Got up to second window to pickup food no chicken biscuit. Told girl at window I was missing biscuit she got manager. The manager said it wasn’t rang up. It showed up on order screen and phone . Manager proceeded to ask if we left and came back. To make a long story short they made me feel like a was lying when I had the proof of purchase on my phone. Never had this happen before so I was very offended.

Me and my two Sons came in on Saturday December 18th at 4:00pm. The employees was on top of their A Game and was very polite and helpful. We got our food in a timely manner at which was very fresh. The Restaurant was very clean. I am almost 40 years old and this is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to in all of my life.Keep up the good work here !
