I stopped in this Food Lion to get some adult beverages. This particular store is stocked with just about any food item that anyone could possibly need. The prices are fair and the staff are friendly. The men's restroom is clean considering how much it gets used but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. I highly recommend this store.

The aisles are frequently clogged, and often completely blocked by store employees and vendors stocking shelves during the busiest portions of the day. Many times employees do not seem to appear to care if customers are not able to pass.On occasion I have encountered a very large stock cart parked and left as long ad I was in the store directly in front of items I wanted, with no employee in sight.Multiple contact with corporate offices have proven useless.The meat and produce departments seem to be well stocked and well presented. The store is clean and modern.

They double charged me and this is not the first time. Then I have to get attitude at the refund desk. I didn’t do anything remember that. Never said I’m sorry or nothing. My advice is to choose another food Lion And always check your receipt.

Typical Foodlion. Carry more of the brands I purchase than other local stores. Aisles can sometimes be hard to navigate, but otherwise, no complaints. Easy to get in, get what I need, and get out.

Just a normal Food Lion. The produce is always well stocked. The store isn't crazy busy and they always have several cashiers working, so the lines don't get backed up.

Often is out of stock of commonplace items; aisles are too small; produce can sometimes be iffy in terms of freshness. Corporate needs to support this store more (a renovation, increased variety of food/stock, increase stock/purchasing, etc.).

Milk always goes bad !!! They need to insure it stays cold in the delivery and put in a cooled place immediately!!!! I and others have complained but the issue still remains.

The staff is really nice and the store is always clean. However, I have to drop a star because they really need to be bigger. I know it's not the staff's fault but Food Lion needs to find a better and bigger location to serve Amherst. The place is always busy but due to how small it is, the selection is lacking. Also stocked items can run out especially around the holidays. Please give us a bigger store!

I've been putting off this review for sometime now, with thoughts of maybe I'm just shopping on an "off" day. Where are all your friendly, seasoned associates ? Each time I shop here I am faced with associates who would rather chat with their co-workers or text on their phones, then check my items out. Sadly, most of the associates don't even acknowledge your existence, provide you with your total or even speak one word to you. Furthermore, this location is consistently out of stock on a "laundry" list of essential items. I am uncertain if this is due to poor management, poor planning or both. Considering other local stores don't have this same issue. Disappointed your prices continue to rise as your customer service declines. This type of behavior is unacceptable in others area of business, yet retail continues to set no standards.

Clean, friendly, convenient. Right now undergoing remodeling but they've managed to keep things pretty orderly. Evenings can be quite busy and waiting in line to check out can be lengthy. I use organic, local, and healthier food choices which are hit or miss. I'm giving it a 4 rating just because of lack of locally grown/raised food.

It's a nice food lion. They have just recently renovated the store and of course moved everything around. The produce department is very nice and their meat department is one of the best. The staff was friendly even though the store was crazy busy

Store itself is fine but they allow people to shop without masks. I saw ten different people shopping not wearing masks. Asked the clerk why they are allowing this and said its above his pay grade and the manager doesnt care.

Hate the new layout. Still trying to find where everything has been moved to and the whole store just feels congested. No room for lines and you are constantly almost bumping into someone. The welcoming staff and convenience of location are the only reasons I still shop here.

After being a produce manager for many years my not liking how produce is being kept is so serious.. quality and freshness should always be number one watching folks pour single apples onto the table is a big ole HELL NAW!!!! Wrinkled green peppers I'll leave it at that

Friendly employees. Produce clerk offered help to each customer who passed him. Cashier was outgoing and helpful. Deli stead we're chatty and smiling.
