Tried to get my medication refilled for over 1 week with little information from the pharmacy. Called 3 times and each time was told they ordered it but it never came on the truck. Finally had to ask them to check a different location for availability (shouldn’t this be their first suggestion) and found one that I will have to drive far to get. Overall, quite unhelpful.
