I recently visited this store for the first time and I will add to this review upon further visits to ensure accuracy. I had a delightful experience during my first visit. I was looking for a few very specific and hard to acquire parts for multiple chainsaws ranging from 45 to 5 years old. They were not only able to help me order/purchase the replacement parts I needed, but helped me select a few general products I needed as well. During the course of our conversation about the parts I needed and the projects being worked on, I could tell the woman helping me had a genuine knowledge and interest in the industry. The gentleman that also assisted me was very knowledgeable as well and both followed my poorly worded explanations and messy notes very patiently. They expressed to me a confidence in a variety of areas including; general wares for outdoor equipment, industry history and market trajectory, the fine details of specific equipment and manufacturers, tools, and a quick and affordable bit of labor on a chainsaw that was too convenient and affordable to pass-up. This is one of the businesses that is small and privately owned that has a high level of customer care without the sterile, pressured, and emotionless corporate feel that is seen so many places. You will be able to find parts, equipment, and repairs here. If they don't have what you are looking for and they can't order it (unlikely), they will tell you where to find it. Even after one visit I am ready and willing to be a lifelong customer.
