The store changed its closing time to3pm on Saturday but didn’t update on google maps. I drove over an hour and spent precious gas money to get here before it closed at 5 and it was closed. Thanks, you need to keep your online stuff updated, I would have called otherwise and figured out it was closed and not waisted $40 on gas round trip. This really ate into my monthly budget for gas and I waisted 2 hours of my precious Saturday off of work because you couldn’t be bothered to update your online information. I usually don’t get mad about stuff but this really is bad to not update that information if you change it. Peoples budgets are really tight right now because of the cost of everything. I awaited to come to your store because my neighbor told me your were real knowledgeable but I don’t know if I’ll k come back again after this disservice.

Absolutely exceptional service! Found everything I needed and he helped fix it , great attitude and you don't get service like that at Walmart.His knowledge and experience saved me time and money. Honestly, the prices were great but even if they were slightly higher it would be worth it time and time again.I hope places like this or still around 50 years from now.

The store has good products. The manager is knowledgeable but has a sour personality sometimes....and other times he's pretty nice. Kinda up and down I guess.Butterscotch the cat is cute😊

My husband just called and asked for a price for a toilet wax ring. Neither him or I knew the price so that’s why we called. The guy was rude to my husband so I called back. Turns out it was the manager who insulted my husband and proceeds to tell that that is common sense and we were wasting his time. I told him it’s not common sense and we didn’t know the price. He then yells at me saying “you try answering the phone 100 times a day answering dumb questions.” Sir YOU ARE A MANAGER THAT IS YOUR JOB! We will not be wasting our money there. If I spoke to customers like that at my job I would be fired instantly.

After going to 2 other hardware stores and being told they couldn't help me, I went and saw the owner. It took him only a few minutes to find a fitting to fix my problem. I was really impressed how fast and professional my experience was.

Great place to find hard to find items. Once items age replacement parts are somtimes hard to find. Check there. They know their stock and can help you right over the phone.

Called the store to get a price on an item. Turns out since the item cost 2 dollars I was wasting the guys (manager) time who answered the phone had major attitude. I will not ever spend my money here again.

Hugh is great person but you got to get to know him first he's been working there since he was a kid and has a bound of infomation on the products that you cant buy at lowes or home depot.
