My trip to this Walmart was the first time I've ever been in a full-size American supermarket, and I can safely say that I was very impressed. The interior was very clean and evidently well-looked after, and everything seemed to be restocked frequently so there were no visible shortages. I'd also like to give my thanks to the staff - they definitely know their stuff!

I got my daughters birthday cake from here and it was soooo good. The strawberry filling was great! Highly recommend. It's been a few days and the cake is still fresh!

The cleanliness of the store left something to be desired, with several aisles appearing disorganized and in need of restocking. Additionally, the checkout lines were often long, especially during busy periods, leading to extended wait times.Another issue was the limited availability of staff for assistance, which made it challenging to locate specific items or inquire about product details.Despite these shortcomings, Walmart remains a convenient option for everyday shopping needs, offering affordability and variety. With improvements in cleanliness and customer service, it could enhance the overall shopping experience and better meet the needs of its customers.

As usual, Walmart hasn't changed its policy to hire customer friendly associates. I experienced again the rudeness of walmart associate during my visit, which resulted in a short trip, and this location lost the rest of the money I intended to spend there. I will try my best to avoid this location in the future, and I do not recommend this place just because of very bad and rude customer service. I also recommend that walmart train their associates on how to respectfully (not like if the associates own the place or the business) talk about any issue with the customers. I wish I was able to get in touch with the higher management about their rude associates.

Looks like most Walmart but found it to have less stuffs compared to other Supercenter. I was also surprised that security have to check your receipt and sign off on it.

Worse costumer service. I fell on the Aisle 11 because they did I not clean the wet floors. After I fell o told a associate that was at my left side to clean it up because someone can fell too, but she was so busy on a phone call. I ask the person shopper manager and she just look at me with an attitude. My knees hurt. Walmart need to do better.

I love this place . This gets everything that is needed in the house. Pick up is easy as well.lots of self checkout booth and team is available to help as well. Well labeled areas. Definitely recommend. The bakery section is also good too.

The only constant about this location is the constant disappointment and annoyance I experience when I shop here. I'm more frustrated with Walmart for not building a Super Center location in Prince George County Maryland, i.e., one with produce. Therefore, I have to shop here if I don't want to make multiple stops. If I'm going to be disappointed, I might at well stay across the bridge and keep my money in my home state. Most of the staff here seem to be on joke time, most of the self check out staff are just there in body but don't want to be bothered and the floor staff are great at hide and seek. Also, if you use online shopping for pick-up, factor in time to STILL go into the store and return items you didn't order or items that were replaced even though you SPECIFY NO SUBSTITUTION Other than these things, have at it! 🙃 Oh, the 2 stars are only because I'm an optimist at heart and believe anything is possible 😁

Well stocked and always someone available to help but the aisles are too narrow for the size of the carts and how busy it can be during the day. I spent most of my shopping experience just trying to get out of the way.

Great site but no car services center and I had to pay to exchange a battery that I paid more for then the exchange!!! Sad service I received. But, you can bet it's over crowded and under serviced!! Been 4 years since I last been and it's gotten worse. Not a good Walmart

The people are always so nice. The store is in good condition for a Walmart. It is a very busy location. Being so close to the bridge there are many customers from MD and DC too. If you do curbside, check your bags before you leave, they get it incorrect almost every time.

I'm a regular shopper at this Walmart and I always find great deals and good quality products. During the holiday season, they are always well-stocked and have a festive atmosphere. Despite the busy shopping season, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Walmart for all your shopping needs during the Christmas season and beyond.

Smaller Walmart with tiny parking lot. I'd pick Walmart over target any day, but since they stopped being open 24/7 it's just easier to go to target. Their parking and checkouts are way quicker and they have better products. Bring back linger hours!

There's always a short number of registers open. There's a line to the back of the building, but only 2 registers open. And a line wrapped around grocery for self check out. Then wonder why ppl shoplift and steal. Management here is extremely lazy. I hope corporate closes this store down or changes out who runs this store. Because they need to be fired.

Manager- Sharon is a rude and nasty person. She should take some courses on how to speak to people before someone snatches that tacky weave off her head. Walmart should do better at hiring managers. Most of the managers at this location are rude and Sharon was the last straw. Do better Walmart. Sharon definitely isn’t following Walmart’s code of ethics. Ole nasty hateful wench.

Literally called this store and the bakery 8 times trying to place an order, went in the night before @7:45 to place a cake order for a friend and the lady says they're closed even though on the website it says they are open from 7am-10pm. Smh why do yall not want to do your job is crazy.

Turning into the parking lot is TERRIBLE. Smallest Walmart I’ve ever been too. Always are out of things. People stocking leave their GIANT pallets EVERYWHERE. Parking lot is SUPER sketchy (lock your car)

This Walmart is orderly and clean. Always note workers stocking more goods on shelves. Most of them very helpful when l approach them for assistance. Cashiers and Self Checkout available. Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Many choices of products.

Wal-Mart makes mistakes but in the end they usually get the job done and I keep going back. Still some things could be done much better. Bluebell ice cream is $7.44, not $7.98 as it rung up on Aug 16. Can't check price at the register; have to pay, exit the store, then reenter and request refund. Employees were standing idle behind me and nobody staffing the customer service counter. At least there was not a line at 8am. Just have to make eye contact with someone. Easy fix.Merchandise is packaged in multi units that are only sold individually. Not too bad; just rip open the outer package to scan. Worse is when units that are not sold individually are separated and placed on retail shelf without outer package or bar code, so they cannot be sold at all. But that happened at Hybla Valley, not this Super Wal-Mart, and I got the refund for the Bluebell overcharge, so we are good.

Doesn’t make sense to have a store open and close customer service while customers are still able to come in and shop. When I asked the manager for assistance, I got a large sigh, eye roll, and unwillingness to help make a quick return on a battery core. She had nothing to say regarding my situation as I tried to explain to her other than “ Sir, we’re closed”. No other statement than they were closed while new customers walked the rough the door every second.Not one of the 15-20 staff members standing around having conversations and on their phones couldn’t help either. If you’re gonna have special hours for something as necessary as customer service, maybe it should be posted somewhere online so people don’t waste their time , money, and gas!!

Horrible experience today! I got there a little while before they closed, and got everything that I needed ASAP. I checked out, get this- they don’t take apple pay. What grocery superstore doesn’t take apple pay? Unheard of. So they told me to download their walmart app and put in my personal info and card. Put it all in … just for it NOT to work. The guy THEN told me that the card was declined because I tried to check out too close to the time I created the app. He said it could take a day. So all that and I walked out empty-handed. I have to say, the customer service rep was very kind and accommodating - he stayed with me trying to help 20 minutes past the store’s closing time. However, Walmart as a company lost a customer today. And CVS gained one!

This store does not answer the phone. I’ve been calling them since yesterday they delivered a package to the wrong address a very expensive package and when you go to call you get no answer what is going on with the store, each time I called I selected a new option. Trying to get someone to answer pharmacy. No answer deli no answer electronics no answer online purchases deliveries no answer. What are you guys doing in the store if you can’t answer the phone. If I could give no stars, I would because the carelessness and the way they deliver the package to the wrong address when it clearly has the right address it’s just ridiculous

I love Walmart but the people that works in this Walmart is rude and mean I understand you have to check if people doesn’t scanned there’s things I had 3 person looking at me I went early in the morning i scanned all my items I told the guys I pay everything you should put your eyes or all the people was on top on me cause I pay my stuff seriously……..They make me feel bad I never take anything but I won’t go to a place they make me feel uncomfortable

"The worst store I've ever been to. I was deceived during the purchase that if there's a problem, the item could be returned. When the item turned out to be defective, the manager told me it couldn't be returned. If there was an option, I would rate this store zero stars."
