Shelves are empty, the magazines are out of date. The cashier is not at the register. It’s like they scrimp with bare bones staff and not keeping inventory. But, that just means we have to go to CVS because this location does not have what we need.

Really bad attitude from both cashier and manager. I literally brought an item to the counter (with a barcode that i had been notified was recalled) and informed them about this. They waived it off after scanning the product- saying they had restocked it. Such an attitude can be harmful to others. I feel they didn’t do their due diligence by looking at the matter more closely. FYI, it’ was an Enfamil Nutramigen Hypoallergic infant formula.

I'm beholden to Mr. William and the team at this Walgreens having left something personal at the counter, and thankfully Mr. William found it, and when I went back to the store, it was there. Many thanks, Walgreen, GREAT SUPPORT STAFF FOLKS!

If you go here to get a flu shot or something similar, be prepared to wait a very long time, even if you have an appointment.When I showed up for mine, there were other people lined up for earlier appointments. When I got my covid shot from the county, it took 30 minutes, including the 15 minute wait after the shot. Walgreens took 90 minutes for my flu shot.The staff was pleasant enough, but their vax procedure seems totally inefficient.

The staff are very good, especially the pharmacy technicians. The store has most of your need including some grocrry items.

I've been coming here for about a year and a half, sometimes up to three times per month, and I guess the staff here just doesn't like my face, because they all seem to have an attitude with me for no reason, especially the younger employees. Also saw a handful of employees with masks around their chin or no mask at all, although they have signs saying masks are mandatory.

This pharmacy should be closed. The pharmacy technicians have no ethics. I called a day before and told me to pick it up next day, I went next day and was told to wait for 45 minutes but because I did not like how she was talking I called and found out they don’t even have the Medication I was looking for. What makes a pharmacy technician to Be a layer??? I think the have an qualified technicians and pharmacy should be closed. I am a quality director and wallgrens needs to have a basic quality program

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 most people I have met were incredibly lovely humans. Unfortunately, the young man on cash felt the need to tell me about political liberation for Canada… clearly someone who watches Fox News and or gets their information from YouTube. grossly misinformed about the world outside of Alexandria in a frightening way. Will not be going here again while on our visit to DC.

This is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to fill my prescriptions with. Very very friendly. Both Diana and Jae are amazing pharmacist. I came with a difficult situation but they both conquered it on separate times with speed and a smile. I know that I will be taken care of when I arrive. That is why I drive. an extra 9 plus miles to go there.

Edit: They actually called me from the other pharmacy near by and asked me to come take the medication.Thank youTold the pharmacist that I need a medication ASAP and I transferred it from Walmart, she said sorry the computer crashed and we are closing in an hour but I can transfer it to the other walgreens if you want, I agreed because I needed the medication.After an hour I called the other walgreens to check on my prescription, they said the pharmacist did not transfer it and they can not access their system, so I would have to wait till tomorrow for a migraine medication that I needed ASAP because am working an overnight shift. I could not be more unsatisfied

Was on hold for 15 minutes, two separate times someone answered to put me back on hold. When I finally got through to a live person, all he asked for was my last name and proceeded to tell me that my prescription wouldn't be ready until the 15th. It wasn't even my prescription smh. Ever since they closed down the rite aid location on Richmond hwy. I've been problems getting through to speak to someone. They should have left that location open or they need to hire more staff 😠😠😠😠

I took my daughter to get her 2nd dose of covid19 and they kept her waiting 1 hour 20 minutes just because she didn't have insurance. I do not understand that .. if the vaccine is for everyone.

This pharmacy seems to be chronically understaffed and incompetent. There are always lines at the pharmacy and it takes 20 minutes or more to pick up a prescription every single time.

I just wish there was a zero. They have not been helpful or responsive. I’ve been trying to get prescriptions for almost a week. They were much more expensive than giant and just shrugged when I asked why.
