Took my teacup Chihuahua here for a nail trim. I made an appointment and upon arrival I was seen right away, they did a phenomenal job. You can tell the staff here really loves animals. I highly recommend.

This was my dogs first groomer experience with me. She was a rescue and is not a fan of her face being touched. They did great with her and were able to do what I wanted to clean her face and feet up, however they didn’t push her too far or make her too uncomfortable and I appreciate that! Everyone here was very kind and a pleasure to deal with.

Just recently took our dog here. The system was down so they wouldn't accept cards, only cash or check. That's not a super unusual occurrence, except when I looked down and read their move back in November caused the issue. Seems more like procrastination around fixing the issue. Regardless I went to get cash and pay ahead of time because my wife would be picking him up later. I paid 10$ extra for teeth and when my wife went to pick him up the guy says, "He wouldn't let me do his teeth". Our dog is an angel, so I know he wasn't mean about it, but it's pretty common for most dogs to jerk the other way when you're trying to clean their teeth. Isn't that why you take them to a professional to begin with? He didn't even offer to give my wife the 10$ that I was charged for nothing. He smelled good at least, so I'll give a couple stars for that.

Customer service needs a complete overhaul. My wife and I have had our dog groomed at Pinnacle for over 2 years. Never had an issue until recent. I called to set up an appointment a week prior. After calling I immediately realize that day won't work. I call back within 5-10 minutes of realizing my mistake. No one answers. I call back later..still no answer so I leave a voicemail. I call back every day (multiple times) for the next 5 days (with no answer) and leave voicemails that I would like to move my appointment. Not a single response was answered or ever acknowledged. I was finally able to get a hold of someone 6 days later and hear they have "been busy". Of course no other appointments are available for another week. Without an apology, the girl tells me that she will cancel my appointment (which is now the next day) and I tell her to keep it for now--thinking maybe I can figure something out. After ending the call I get a text that my appointment has been cancelled. I would stay clear of this place!!! If that's how customers are treated, you can only imagine how they treat your pets.

Took my dog for her first, professional groomer visit today. She had a terrific experience. Mats from an elizabethan collar were quite bad behind her ears. Her ears have a curly coat which are now soft and mat free. Her coat overall is in wonderful condition, unlike the dry, broken coat she suffered after a bath at a vet's office. She was treated well, and we will be going back to Pinnacle with her regularly.

Cash only, no directions anywhere that specify which suite it is in the building (it's downstairs about mid-way in the motel-like building).Premises is okay but there's no register at the front desk so you awkwardly wait while the gentleman runs to the back to give you change.No signs visible on the road so it took me quite some time to find it.Kind of a large time window after you drop off your dog of when you can pick your dog up.

I love this place. They not only pick up and drop off my sweet Lab, he gets to play all day with other dogs.The staff is so friendly and accommodating, pricing is fair, and they always bring him back clean fresh and happy

This place is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. If you really want to spoil your dog then this is the place. They have the best facilities in town. Great job guys

A review from someone else said a dog died from getting loose, well I guess they didn't learn their lesson because I saw staff trying to wrangle a few loose dogs in Colvin Street while I was sitting in traffic outside their building. Seems like a reoccurring problem :/ Wont be putting my dogs' lives in their hands!
