I hate leaving bad reviews but I’d feel even worse if I don’t let people know how bad this place is. I’ve been to other pet-smart’s grooming salons and they were quite a bit better. The lady was so nice here but my dogs were given to me wet. Their toe pads were not trimmed and their bottom’s fur is very uneven. Their genitalia is extremely irritated and that scares me because I don’t know what happened to cause that. Please pick a different place to take your dogs for grooming.

Explicit instructions were provided when setting appointment online for grooming, as well as during drop off, to not pluck my puppy’s ear hair (as recommended by the veterinarian). Upon pick up, it turned out that my puppy’s ear hair were plucked!First (and will be the last) time dropping my puppy off at this location. We typically go to Potomac Yards to see Rachel, but she’s since moved and no longer work there.I’m heartbroken. My puppy is traumatized and we’re having to do whatever we can to appease her, but she doesn’t want to be near anyone at the moment.
