The grooming experience here was an absolute nightmare. Brought my 65 lb dog in for a full wash and cut, ended up bringing my dog home with nicks and cuts all over his body, his toenails weren’t filed down, and I paid extra for “de-matting” just for them to shave him down completely. He has never had an experience like this at any other groomer. Huge cut left on his behind, will never recommend anyone to go to petsmart for grooming services.

Kristin W. Is horrible with customer service in the grooming department. As well as the young lady with the locs, extremely rude. Brought my dog in for a haircut and bath and normally they are supposed to call when your pet is finished. Not Today!!!! I received an email that he was ready at 11:49 but I didn’t check my emails until 12:56!!!! So my dog was sitting there for a whole hour when he didn’t need to be. I got there and the young girl with the locs was rude and dismissive when asking how do I want to pay. Then when I get back from paying at the front and I got my dog as I’m greeting him Kristin w. Just yells from the back “I suggest you do like a 6-8 week follow up” she seemed to have had the biggest attitude. When I asked why wasn’t I contacted, she lied and said “oh the other girl did” I offered to show my call log because that was a lie Kristin w. Says “ oh it’s ok it’s not a big deal” What?????? It’s a big deal to me when my dog could’ve been picked up a long time ago. I will not return ever again.

*Staff and store are perfectly fine* but the website says grooming hours are until 9pm but when I arrived I was told it is actually 6pm and corporate didn’t update the website. I specially checked before booking this appointment 30 min away just to turn around and cancel upon arrival because I wouldn’t make it back on time. Typically my dog takes 3-4 hours to groom at another Petsmart so I was pretty surprised. The staff was gracious but it seemed like this is an ongoing issue.

We often come to this location to visit fish, as a reward for good behavior after a day of errands. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They are ready to help & knowledgeable.The store is clean and prices are typical of Petsmart. It's a good size store with a lot of inventory.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! My boyfriend and I boarded our perfectly happy and healthy 11 month old pitbull through the PetSmart Pet Hotel while we went on vacation. Upon her return, we are repulsed and livid about the condition she was returned in. Not only was she visibly skinnier, but her tail is missing multiple patches of fur and there are scabs all over it. Above all else, she was returned to us coughing and having episodes where she was unable to breathe for periods of time. Hundreds of dollars in vet bills later, it turns out that she has bronchitis, caught from the staff at this facility failing to properly sanitize the kennels and entire boarding facility. An employee even admitted to us upon her pick up that it “sounded as if she’s been coughing and to let them know if anything is going on with her”. If she was apparently coughing while still within their care, why didn’t they think to immediately contact myself or my boyfriend or to take her to the vet clinic located within the same building??? Nope, instead of doing any of those things they just let her sit in her kennel for god knows how long and completely ignore her. On top of all of this, she was not given a single one of the $80 worth of brand new toys that we sent with her, after not being allowed to interact with other dogs because she’s a “bully breed”. Therefore was she not only deprived of contact with other animals, she was also not even able to play with the toys she was given!! She was also returned to us smelling absolutely rancid with the smell of urine and feces, so one can also assume she was not regularly taken out to use the bathroom or kept in clean conditions. Overall we are absolutely engaged and disappointed by the gross negligence that the employees at this facility have displayed. If the employees here and perfectly fine with returning a dog in this condition, image what is going on behind the scenes at this facility. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR ANIMALS!!!!!

They did an amazing job. Dogs look and feel beautiful. I didn't have to tell them what needed to be done. I had been to other Petsmarts before. They just looked it up in their system.

I personally love this petsmart. I take my dog lucky to the animal hospital here, and the staff are absolutely amazing! The doctors know my dog and they do not mind talking to me about my pet or my concerns. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this hospital and staff. Dr. Minkoff is absolutely incredible. The vet techs are always nice and friendly. I just want to say thank you to all who have made my experiences very pleasant.

This is a wonderful PetSmart! I visited the Banfield Pet Hospital, inside, and the Staff was Friendly, Knowledgeable, and as Great as anticipated! I'm glad I've chosen PetSmart for my Pup's needs! Thank you Banfield Staff!

First time bringing my new puppy in the store, and of course, over stimulated and had accident. Although one expects this to happen, it still can be a stressful time for me the owner, everyone including both store employees and customers were so gracious in helping me find how to handle the clean up. Thank you! One criticism is the wait in the checkout with only one cashier. Although she did well to the best of her ability to get customers through, it was unnecessary with an available employee to assist.

Nice convenient store, well stocked with lots of varieties in all types of pet goods. There's pet grooming there, and a wide selection of pets.Prices are reasonable, but I didn't see anything in the way of sales.Pet's are allowed into the store on a leash with their owners.Parking is very close to the store.÷[ Rob Conway ]÷

If I could give less stars I would, for them taking up my time. I Do not recommend this location to anyone, their costumer service skills are horrible and they tell you one thing then another. I had scheduled an appointment for all three of my dogs, 3 weeks in advance and on the day of their appointment they call to tell me they had to cancel, I'm assuming someone called off. I explained that they had to do pictures with Santa and I needed them in ASAP and they told me to call and check other petsmarts to see if they had availability.(Instead of them helping me) Unfortunately I couldn't find anything. At this point I was already irritated and upset. I called them back and a man who said he was the manger stated he would give us a 40% discount for the next time due to the inconvenience, which I thought at least that is better then nothing. A few weeks go buy and I schedule another appointment 2 weeks in advance. When my sister arrives they tell her she that they could only do 2 of my dogs because she was late, though she was no later then 10 min late and their late policy is 15 min. My sister called me and I said that it was fine I would schedule one dog for a later day as long as I could still get the 40% discount for him next time and they said there was never going to be a discount, that no one had left notes to give me a discount so they couldn't do that for me, by the time it took them to say they could do a 20% discount, they then stated they could now only do one dog due to the time that they held us up. They literally lack costumer service skills as well as communication skills amongst themselves. They lost us as a costumer and I strongly recommend taking your dog's elsewhere. As they don't know how to function here.

Fantastic experience. Destiny reworked her schedule to fit my pup in when another colleague called in sick. She was incredibly professional and kind and did a fantastic job on the pups groom— one of the best she’s ever received! PetSmart just earned a loyal and returning customer because of Destiny’s professionalism and beautiful work!PS: Reading some of the reviews below about terrible grooming experiences I am horrified! I hope those employees have been let go. My review was specifically about my experience with Destiny. Reading other reviews I am convinced that I will return but only use Destiny for grooming. I would recommend her to anyone!

We've had hits and misses with this grooming, but today sealed the deal - we're not going back anymore. The manager was super helpful though. He is refunding us completely. We asked for our dogs belly to be trimmed with the shaver but NOT to the skin. We asked for the back legs to have the same. He now has a shaved butt crack down to his pink skin. This is NOT what we asked for and looks terrible on him because he's a husky. Dont book online if you don't know the people. Call and ask for people who have been there the longest. We didn't recognize this persons name and I'm assuming they're new. We've been unhappy with their services before but they fixed it for free. They offered it again today but we said no, just the refund. Again, we appreciate the managers understanding, but we're done with their grooming.

First of all, the groomers in this salon are lazy, rude, inconsiderate...and too many other poor character traits to mention.The problems started when dropping off my dogs for grooming. My dogs were scheduled with Destiny, who stated she didn't feel comfortable trimming my yorkie's nails because he was prone to seizures. I didn't understand the correlation between the mail trim and seizures; but I explained to her that the Yorker never had a seizure during grooming and he doesn't get stressed out for nail trims. He's pretty laid back during grooming. So Destiny ended up grooming both my dogs since Destiny refused.Destiny gave my yorkie a very bad, choppy cut; and she completely shaved my mini schnauzer to the point where she didn't look like a mini schnauzer anymore. Someone else picked up the dogs so I didn't see the cuts until they got home.So I called the grooming salon to complain, and spoke to Michelle. Michelle was very curt and mean. When I requested to speak to a manager, Michelle stated that there were no managers on duty. She said that Brittany, the lady that groomed my dog, had left for the day and that I needed to call her the next day if I was dissatisfied with my dog's cut. I subsequently called the store, and spoke to the manager on duty (it appears Michelle lied, as I suspected). The manager said I could come back to the store for a refund, which I didn't understand why she couldn't just give the refund over the phone.The bottom line is that they need to learn how to treat customers and perform the service that the customer is actually paying for; or shut the store down. I'll never take my dogs there again. I'm in awe of how they have the audacity to treat people this way.

Lots of items in stock. The groomers were all very friendly and understanding. I have a big dog who is not crazy about getting her nails trimmed but they tried anyways which was so appreciated. I purchased the furminator bath and brush, it was good. Not the best my dog has had but good.

The employees seem lazy and sassy. Also, I kept coming in to adopt a cat and I keep getting turned away. The only way you can adopt a cat is by talking with the manager and they don’t seem to have one. Horrible place , just letting cats sit in a cage when someone is trying to adopt one.

Check prices, the "package" deals are not as they are on the website. Was charged for a package deal and each service that was supposed to be included. Talked to manager, but supposedly the groomers are separate, no resolution! Paid over $100 dollars per dog. Oh, and my Westie, the known cut, i guess isn't so known, his entire body was near bald. Will not return again!

On Dec 6, 2021, I placed an online order for a 16lbs bag of dried cat food. When I picked it up at the store, I realized that it was expired in May 2021. They didn’t have anymore of the exact weight bag and offered me 2 7lbs bags and tried to charge me $2++ more, while giving 2lbs less in cat food 🤦‍♂️ Won’t recommend doing business here. The cashier was nice and helpful though.

Bad customer service, had to find someone to buy a fish and ended up having a debate on why I shouldn’t buy it. Instead of being a smart mouth try to listen to your customer instead of assuming they don’t know any better. They have dead fish in their tanks so that tells you they are the ones that don’t know how to care for fish. Never coming back to store!

Prior to relocating, I took my standard poodle puppy to the grooming salon for a puppy wash and trim. Poodles should not receive a full haircut the first year as it could impact the growth of their coat. The puppy trim is just to be sanitary cut and face. The groomers cut around my puppy’s neck and have stunted her coat. It has not grown back. It was closely shaved like the face eliminating chances of blowing out a full coat.

The worst customer service. If you don’t like dogs you shouldn’t work at a pet store. The white lady at the register was rude and barely “tolerated” my dog all cause he was begging for a treat. She was rolling her eyes and seemed irritated. Then why are you working at a store where there are dogs?!?
