Really nice attentive staff. Great deals in clearance & they randomly will have percentage off stickers on things. They have a wide selection of items for all animals and have a lot of healthy options. They have Betta fish & they seem to be pretty well taken care of. Will definitely be stopping by this location again!

This was my first time visiting this pet store and it was an awesome experience. Not only was the manager Bobby so knowledgeable about anything I asked related to dogs but they have a $10 self service dog bath section. I truly enjoyed my visit to this pet store and will definitely be back. Bobby should be promoted because not only is he knowledgeable but his customer service is beyond superb.

This is a nice pet supply store. It is convenient to the house, so it's very easy to stop in & grab what I want. We bring our dog here for baths fairly frequently. It is definitely worth the $10 to not have to give her a bath in our tub while it is cold out. They have a great selection of food & treats, but I don't buy our pet food here because it's a bit more expensive than other options.

I went in for the first time last week on a whim while I had spare time before an appointment. The most impressive part of my experience was the greeting I received from Bobby. He was helpful but not overbearing. He seemed genuinely interested in me and my dog. He was so friendly, and of course people love taking about their dogs - I even pulled my phone out and was sharing pictures of my dog with him! He shared in a non-pushy but appealing way the awards program and all it offers, as well as extras the store offers like bathing stations to bathe your dogs. I will come back!

I find the staff here always helpful and informative when I'm trying to find food for my picky cats to eat. I also volunteer at a local animal rescue and the staff are wonderful about doing litter and food drives for us. The manage Bobby is super helpful. Highly recommended.

Really friendly staff and we get our dogs food from here. For every $200 you spend you get a $10 reward and sometimes you can find coupons in the local paper for them. Prices are comparable to everywhere else.

If you are looking for dog products the rating would be 5 stars however I don't have a dog.I would give more stars if the store warned you that it was primarily a dog store. From the name you would think it was a pet store but it really should be called Dog Value with a few items for cats and other pets. They've got a variety of food, but about a third you could find in any grocery store. They have a variety of specialty litter but I wasn't impressed by the variety of things like toys, treats, litter box accessories and such. They have a very small area for other pets.They were out of things they had carried a week before and said it was discontinued. As this was a product with a large market share the odds were highly unlikely that it was discontinued. She finally said that it may be discontinued at the store. This was a very popular product that unfortunately was not usually available at the grocery store so my reason for going there on any regular basis is pretty much gone.

Didn't have the dog food size (Earthborn - Lamb) I wanted which was fine the first time. I was told that they ran out and it was being ordered. Month later, they still didn't have the large size of dog food. Attendant tried to be helpful but she wasn't able to determine whether it was order at all and didn't offer to order it for me. She said she was new at the store. I tried calling the store number just now several times and it goes immediately to voicemail. I won't go to this Pet Valu even though it's close to my home and will gladly travel to another Pet Valu that is about 20 minutes further.

Our tabby is allergic to chicken and this place has a wonderful selection of foods without chicken (much harder to find than you would think), plus the raw food that our dog eats. Staff was very friendly.

Very kind staff! This location hosts local human society cats / kittens for adoption. It's a must visit if you are at the bradlee shopping center.
