I want to be clear that the context of this review is only speaking to the self dog bathing facility. The product selection is quite nice, so if you're only going for shopping this is a good spot. However over the last several months every time I have come here to self wash my dog the dryers do not work, have completely broken parts or the power outlets entirely don't work. Sometimes the shower heads are also broken. I understand this happening maybe once or twice, but I'm not exaggerating when I say it is every single time I have gone. I have four dogs so I spend quite a bit of time and money here self bathing. Unfortunately I think I'm going to have to find another spot to bathe my dog's, where they have dryers that work. If you have a dog that sheds you understand that when you scrub them and then towel dry them you only make the hair situation worse. I'm very disappointed in the service level of the staff here as well, with the exception of a few nice people that tend to be here during the week.

Always get great service when I come here. I bring my puppy and I've never had any issues. Feels like a more local PetSmart that's just focused on dogs and cat which is nice. Really helpful staff and a dog groomer area. The dog groomer seems really nice he always talks to me.

The staff here really go out of their way to provide great service. Our dog has really sensitive skin so we bring her products with us when we use the self-wash service. (We love using the service because it's so convenient and easy!) One time, we left the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, and scrubber and didn't realize it until we returned a month later for another bath session. Winnie M. gathered our items for us and stored them for a month. She even remembered us when we returned and gave us the supplies. Now, that's what I call service! This place is such a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Minnie is such a joy! Every time I visit this store, she’s quick to offer her help in anything from selecting the best food for my pup, to the best grooming supplies. I love coming here because I know I will be greeted by her smile and receive exceptional customer care. Thanks Minnie!

We took both of our dogs in to use the self service baths and we were really happy with everything. The people working in the store were super nice to us and it was so convenient to have everything we needed available. We will definitely go back.

Great shop with nicer quality food and treats and a good discount/ rewards program. They have food samples for you to take home as well as a nice dog wash facility for $10 and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff, clean store and reasonable prices. Dog wash stations make washing your dog so much easier and relatively painless for your dog.

It’s 12:26pm on Oct 13th 2019.Store hours state OPEN at 10am. We drove from Arlington and the “open” sign is on but the lights are out and the door is locked.
