Stopped by today after visiting Home Sense. I was just going to purchase some cat treats but luckily they were having a customer appreciation day with 20% discounts. Picked up a few more items. Great prices. Clean well organized store.

Nice and accessible staff, mostly competitive prices, and you can find stuff here you can't at the big box options.BUT, that's only if those things are in stock. I do have occasional stock consistency issues at this location, most recently today.

The worker “Monroe” was very mannerly and approachable and welcomed me with a big smile. He made sure to say “Hello”’ and he directed me to the cat food, where he also began reorganizing some of the shelves to make certain that customers could find what they needed efficiently. He recommended brands and made sure they wouldn’t induce allergic reactions to my feline. He set me up with a rewards account too, and I observed him doing such a tremendous job with the rest of the customers. I was exceedingly delighted with my visit ☺️

Prices for dog food is little high but for wild birds it is very reasonable, $.50 - $2.00 a pound. Better than Amazon.

This store is big. They offer a lot of treats and food for dog and cat. They also have grooming services here. There are a lot of special and discount offer. The staff is friendly.

1/06/24 was my first time visiting this store. I was on my way to Baja Fresh and notice this store. I’m not from VA.When I walked in there were 2 African American females at the registers talking amongst themselves, so I wasn’t greeted. That’s fine me as an African American female I’m getting use to this type of behavior from retail associates. I had to breakup their conversation so I could ask a question about dog beds. I was told the location, but I stopped in the dog collars isle first. As I was looking for a dog collar I felt something being shoved in my back and the my purse was lifted up from my arm. As I turned around a White male walked past with something that looks like Bamboo sticks hanging out of a small cart. He never apologized for touching me, he just kept walking passed.I didn’t want to cause a scene in the store because I know that what these type of people are expecting from us. I just put the collar down and walked out.Halfway through the door, a cashier yelled “Goodbye”.I felt uncomfortable shopping in that store. I think I was assaulted by a Ken.

Well, we like it for the selection, and the friendliness of the associates. But: our rescue Starsky loves it! Good selection of just about everything for so many different pets. Prices are really fair--yes, I do check online to compare, haha. We shop here often, and we will return!

Love this store and its employees, very proactive. The store is stocked well with quality products at a good price. This store has been offering discount (15% - 20% - 30%) which is very helpful with the overall cost of taking care of our fur babies.

Just had a grooming session with Fernando, 10/10 would recommend! He took very good care of my dog Milo. Very enthusiastic and welcoming hospitality. Even as a new groomer I would definitely recommend scheduling your grooming sessions with Fernando. We will definitely be coming back for future grooming sessions!

Thank you so much to Emily the groomer! Super sweet, I’ve never had such a great experience with any groomer. My dog is 15 years old and she was so gentle and sweet. If you are booking here for grooming services ask for Emily! Left my dog so happy. Literally.

What a wonderful store with awesome staff that are always ready and willing to help recommend great products. You can find anything for pets here. All kinds of healthy and delicious treats for...in my case...dogs!! I'm definitely going back. My dogs love their stuffed peanut butter raw hide treat. They last a while. Go and check out the store. Take your pets with you. I'm sure they'll love it just as much, if not more than my dogs.

Great selection of dry and wet cat and dog food and other pet supplies. Such a pity the store in Falls Church shut down, it was much closer to us. When our cat gets extra finicky about his food, this place always has new and unique food flavors and textures to offer.

My husband and I have been coming to this store for years and I absolutely love it here. The staff is always welcoming and warm when you first walk in and during check out. The best part is the groomers, our groomer Christina is absolutely fantastic and amazing to our dog. She is extremely nice and friendly. She is also very accommodating and does everything she can to make our dog comfortable and happy during the grooming process. I will continue to come here in the years to come and recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Love this place. Every time I walk in, they're happy to say hello and are always so friendly. Love the groomers! They do a great job helping me keep my 70 lb hound dog clean and I love the special bandanas they put on him before I pick him up. Also really nice they give you a "free treat bag" after every groom (although if I take my dog down that aisle he thinks we're at a buffet). 10/10 would recommend!
