I stumbled upon Passionately Pets online and was instantly drawn in from all the great reviews. Now, after experiencing the consultation visit with Vanna and having Marie watch our two dogs (1 year old and 7 year old), I can confidently say this company is the real deal! We had Marie visit our home multiple times over the weekend as we celebrated our wedding. We really wanted our fur babies to be treated right as our attention was drawn to a jam packed weekend full of events. We received journals from Marie detailing their moods, if they ate or went to the bathroom, and tons of pictures of our fur babies in action. Marie was absolutely amazing with our dogs! It was such a sigh of relief being away and knowing that our dogs were being well taken care of! Thank you!!

This was our first time using Passionately Pets and we'll definitely do it again! Clayton was a wonderful pet sitter for both of our pets, including our dog recovering from surgery who required special accommodations. I really enjoyed the daily updates and the message board-like way to communicate. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pets at all. Really a great experience!

Passionately Pets provided excellent walking services on our recent vacation. Our sitter, Jeff, was courteous and seemed confident in his ability to handle our sometimes obstreperous 95 lbs German Shepherd. Unlike other walking services we have used, Jeff actually walked our dog for most of the 30 minute visit. Would definitely recommend.

Passionately Pets is great! Vanna is so friendly and kind, and was so thorough getting us set up. I felt at ease right away. I initially only required a walker for one week and was assigned Kyra, who was amazing. I was so happy with the service, that I switched to using Passionately Pets as my permanent service. Now I have Jonathan, who is also fantastic. I love my daily journal, and getting photos of their walks during the day. I look forward to it every day when I'm at work. Very dependable and respectful of you, your home, and your pet.

This was my first time hiring a stranger to look after our rabbit and chinchilla. I was so happy to have found a company who is able and willing to take care of small pets as these type of services are mostly for dogs and cats. Tiffany took amazing care of our fur babies. She was very attentive, kind, communicative and went above and beyond to help us out. Vanna, the GM of the company, is very professional and made everything that we asked happen without a fuss. Honestly, you should definitely utilize their services if you need someone to look after your pets while you are away, you wont regret it.

Passionately Pets is awesome! My wife and I went on a week vacation and couldn’t board our beagle mix at a regular boarding facility due to some health issues, so looked into pet sitting options and came across Passionately Pets, which had high reviews.They were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process. We started with an initial consultation, followed by a meet and greet with our sitter.Vanna, the General Manager, was our main point of contact initially and throughout the process. She is the BEST!!! She really cared about all our dogs specific needs (and believe me there are many because our dog is a diva haha), and making sure they were all met. She was also very communicative and resourceful at making things work (such as our building not getting an extra key made in time for the trip and working with us to figure out a good key drop off and pick up plan). She also steps in and does some sitting when needed, and is great at that too :-).Olivia, our main sitter, was also fantastic! She really seemed to bond with our dog, and made it the best experience possible for her. She gave us frequent updates about how things were going, and was overall a great sitter :-).Passionately Pete also uses a pet app that my wife and I liked, to provide detailed updates after every visit. Including useful as well as entertaining commentary, and fun photos of our dog. It allowed for easy and quick back and forth communication as well when needed.Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Passionately Pets, and plan to use them as our main pet sitter moving forward, even after our dog is doing better health wise.

Passionately Pets is great! When I moved from DC to Alexandria and needed a new dog walker, I chose them based on the excellent reviews. They've been walking Olive three days a week while I'm in the office, and it's been a great experience. Awesome pet sitting service! Mary took fantastic care of our 4 Guinea pigs while we were out of town! She followed all of our instructions and we could tell that she cared for our girls the same as we would. She sent us pictures and updates daily and that greatly helped my anxiety being Vanna was also very helpful and nice when she came to do the initial consultation at our apartment. Everyone here really cares about pets and it shows! Highly recommend this company for your pet sitting needs!

This is a great business for pet sitting. They are trustworthy, follow your instructions well, post photos and journal about each day with your pet. They have great pricing and an easy portal to book appointments. They will administer medication if necessary. The initial consultation allows them to meet your pets and they give you a cute little tote with toys. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Used their pet-sitting services for the first time last week for six days of care for our two cats. The sitter (Duncan) stayed for at least the agreed-to 30 minutes for each visit, and really did engage with the cats for the whole time. It had been some time since we had used a sitter, so I was pleasantly surprised that notes and photos from each visit were available for us to view online every day. We were very happy with the service, and can heartily recommend them for in-home cat care.Follow up, 7 months later: I’ve used Passionately Pets for cat sitting several times since my initial review, and they’ve provided first-rate service every time. Duncan spends a lot of time every visit focusing on my cats and giving them a lot of TLC. Scheduling and payments work really well and simply, too. Five stars, for sure!

Leaving your pets at home while you go away is stressful, especially if you have to find a new pet sitter. I can't recommend Passionately Pets enough! We use their services for our two cats, including one who requires liquid medication. We have been using Passionately Pets for a couple of years now and only have great things to say about this company. Our most recent experience really highlighted to us how amazing their service is, though!We were abroad and ended up having to unexpectedly extend our trip for a week due to Covid-19. Our sitter, Duncan, went above and beyond to ensure that our two cats were healthy and happy, and we relaxed knowing that they were in good hands. Claudia was also very responsive to emails and texts, which was helpful when we were unsure when we'd get to return. When we finally could travel, we came home to two happy cats.This service is wonderful and is equipped to handle whatever situations may arise. Started using Passionately Pets a month ago to replace an individual walker no longer available and love the whole team here! They have been so welcoming, very communiciative, have an easy scheduling and payment system, plus the ability to add on extra days when needed. It's nice to still have the same walker for our set days each week to build a relationship with, but the dependable team behind her is available to support ad hoc days or other needs. They also send so many pics and detailed updates - even for a short 15 or 30 min walk. You can tell they genuinely care and love your pets as much as you do. Glad we tried them out and will continue to use often!

I am so happy with the service from PP! Our regular dog walker is amazing and I get so much comfort knowing my dog gets a potty break during the day and play time with someone who really cares. It is also a joy to get the pics and notes each day that let me know my dog is happy and cared for. Five plus stars!!!!
