My favorite store! Seriously it’s an awesome store, with great prices. They have so many new products on a daily base. It’s also always clean and organized. Lots of Christmas stuff with a wonderful prices. I highly recommend it

The check out lines moved well. It’s a busy store on a Sunday. I found a mirror that i liked - however the selection minimal. It feels like a compressed home goods store, but maybe the aisles are just more narrow or something. They had a cool oak barrel for $299, if only i had a place to put it.... :-) photos as of August 2018.

Large store. And aisles were in order. Queue lines at register were non existent. Perhaps not busy time of day. Mondays usually wouldn’t have foot traffic.. They could benefit from having more merchandise on clearance!

This home goods is very nice in terms of selection and items. It’s best to go during the week in like a Tuesday or Wednesday. My only flaw with this location is the constant force of trying to get me to sign up with the credit card! The store manager literally would not leave me alone today and kept pestering me to get the credit card because I was buying quite a bit of stuff. After saying no for the 10th time she turns to her daughter/ worker and says I’m missing out on savings and it’s a shame trying to make me feel bad for not signing up for the credit card… the manager probably thought I was young and tried to pull one over on me but I held my ground. I’ve shopped here for the last 4 years and this really turned me off. Again the merchandise is great but trying to bully me into getting a credit card is where I draw the line….

Great selection, but extremely poor customer service. I purchased two ceramic 10 inch plant pots, and the customer service rep, Monike, did not want to wrap them (in paper) or give me a bag. When I politely asked her to, her response was “we don’t typically wrap pots” with an eye roll. I’ve purchased dozens of plant pots over the years, and everyone else has proactively wrapped the pots. She also rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bag, and then threw the bag down on the counter instead of assisting me. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but her attitude was unacceptable.

Always updated for the current season, a little crowded with the merchandise inside but lots of good stuff.Update: got a rug and some pillows. Staff very helpful! Still crowded with merchandise but good stuff overall. Keeping at 4 stars.

I am an interior designer and aregular customer at this location. I had an issue with a return that the manager on duty did want to resolve. I asked to speak with the store manager and she said she was the manager and above everyone there. I requested her DM phone number or corporate phone number and she refused. After I finished my return, I asked for a point of contact from someone above her and she came and finally gave me her storage manager name and the store phone number. She asked me to call the next morning to speak with the storage manager. The bottom line is that she did not resolve the issue, she was a manager and refused to give me her real title. She was refusing to provide me the corporate or her DM contact information so I could speak with someone about my concerns. She said that her name is Lisa and she was the manager on duty and she did not provide a last name or her real title.

This is a good place to buy stuff for your house. It’s cheap, and there is a lot of variety. Most likely, though, you’re ultimately going to find yourself going somewhere else if you’re looking to do more than just add a few pieces here and there.

These stores are inherently hit or miss, but I recently scored a couple large, high quality decorative outdoor flower pots for silly cheap prices. Things come and go quickly, so don't plan on anything being there when you come back later - "buy it now" should be your mantra going in.

Home Goods.... Torture for husbands! I've spent hours here milling about the aidles looking at the piles of useless home merchandise. Yet we Americans always happen to leave the stores with bags and bags of kitchen utensils. Lines are longer in the evenings and weekends here. Despite all the consuming, the aisles remain full!

Store is very clean, well organized. They do a great job at having clean shopping carts separate from dirty one. They greet you when you enter the store. 2 young ladies at the check out tonight were so pleasant. So happy to see happy people dealing with the public. Great job.

Poor customer service! No greeting no smile and the cashiers treat you like you worth nothing! I got a pan and a glass container and she didn’t even bother to wrap the glass while putting in the same bag! I was just waiting to see if she knows what she’s doing so i had to wrap it myself! Won’t ever be back to THIS location!

Best selections among all locations. Staff is so helpful especially Jordan. He is so friendly and patient. Not only he helped me to find what I need, he also helped me to load my car. He is so amazing to the point that I insist him taking the tip I offered. I will come back again. Employee like him deserves a raise.

If you drive a truck and you come to this place to drop a load, you going be doing a yard jockey job too.First you gotta drop your trailer and move the the empty trailer from their dock and put you trailer in the dock and then pick the empty trailer and leave. This is a very nice HomeGoods, very clean and orderly. Staff is all very friendly, and helpful. If you need some new household items or furniture, this is the spot! Great selection of items, with easy to navigate layout.

The store itself is super clean and well organized and I love homegoods I have a card with them but this location has an employee named Shonda who’s incredibly rude and makes me not want to shop here. She had an attitude and wasn’t pleasant at all. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her, the employees seemed like they had to tiptoe around her.

Home Goods is an interesting shop. The usual household items are available. But if you have time browse around & find some interesting items. It can also be a stop for gift ideas at reasonable pricing. Bright, clean store. Staff always seem too busy to stop for any assistance. Parking free at this Potomac Yards neighborhood. Hope new & intetesting shops will pop up soon. Need a few new restaurants of fine dining too.

If you want more affordable home goods (or really anything), head to HomeGoods in Potomac Yards. It's in a massive complex with many other stores including a Target, Staples, Michael's, Best Buy and other shops. Because of that, there are multiple fast casual restaurants nearby like Cava and a massive parking lot with plenty of space.This HomeGoods is large with sections for home goods, travel items, dishware, etc. As my wife shops, my toddler and I head to the kids section. They have a surprisingly good section of toys for all kinds of kids. It keeps my toddler entertained for a long time.There's usually a line at check out, but it moves fast!

I always find the item I'm looking for, at a good price. Granted the friendliness of some of the staff could improve. I'm not a browser when shopping, so the shelf layouts can be a bit confusing. Still, can't beat the Store - pricing on a lot of items.

They always have such great items for your home. I found the perfect mug fir my morning coffee. It takes a great deal of self control not to walk out with a boatload of finds!
